Alright then, let's start this off good! I'll be recording my progress on how I'm doing with my diet! There'll be two things I'll be watching for some time before setting up a good plan to start and lose weight! These'll be the things I'm watching!
Fluid intake
Water is important! How much water do I drink on a day? And how much should I need to drink? An easy way to calculate how much water you should drink, is to take your weight in kilograms and multiply it by 0,033. Using this, I've calculated that I need to drink 3,63 liters of water each day. Let's see if I can make that!
Calories
I've never really looked at what I eat. Well, I look at it, but I never really looked at it. What're the calories on what I eat? What're the amounts of fat? With the help of my doctor I've calculated that with my lifestyle, I can only consume 2373 calories. Of course, if I start working out, that amount will be higher, seeing how your body simply needs calories and other things to be healthy. But for now, 2373 calories is what I'm allowed. So let's see if I can stay under that number.
With the help of an App called Fitbit, I'll be tracking both of these things. I'm using an App, because my mobile phone is with me at all times. At work and at home. This way I'll always having something closeby to track any intake of water and calories so I can be more precise!
Wish me luck!
