JoeBuzz's Before (345lbs) and in the mid (275)

Great job on the loss. If I could lose 60 lbs in a year I'd be ridiculously happy.

Howtall are you? You definitely look like you could carry a good bit of bulk (muscle I mean) fairly easily. Even the pic at your heaviest its more like your big than flabby(does that make sense?).

From what I've read, the excess skin could tighten up some. It all depends on a couple factors: age/how long you were big/how quickly you got big/how quickly you lose.

All the info is kinda wishy washy. I think its best to be concerned with how much healthier you will be.

It may be true that I should concentrate on my health, and I am, but after all of this hard work I would like to have a good idea of what I'll look like.

I've never been skinny or close to a healthy weight and would love to look good without a shirt on, you know?

dont worry about your skin, it will tighten. you will probably never be a six pack guy but you will look fine and you always look worse to yourself than to everyone else. i got hung up on that for a while but i keep working at it. its been 2 years now and i am still working at it. at this point i am building muscle and actually gaining muscle weight to try and fill in my skin. i also use a cocoa butter/aloe/vitamin e mixture on my skin. if you ask me i still look fat but everyone else says different. i think i am finally getting to be happy with the new me. you can look up my post if you want and see. keep working at it man, you will only get better and better.

I back tracked a bit. Apparently now I weigh in at 290, which i don't see as possible but please tell me if you see it.

I feel incredibly guilty. Good news is that some of the weight is muscle.

Absolutely Amazing. You are doing great...you sure will get there. And imagine what you'll look like, this 60lbs off has done you well. You look so good. Congrats and keep going, you'll get there.

Thanks!! I appreciate the kind comment. I'm working on getting my eating under control. The gym isn't an issue, so once eating is under control all will be good. Weightwatchers is helping me keep track of the food I'm eating. Hopefully it will help in the long run.

Way to go on your progress. You've lost a huge amount of weight. How are you feeling?

Acouple of pre workout pictures i found. Glad I found them. Good motivation for me.

The pic in my first post is after a couple of months of working out.

Awsome dude! Sounds like you have a good positive outlook. Never forget where you came from and you will always remember why you don't want to go back.

Yeah...how was Amsterdam? ;) It sounds like a pretty interesting place.

It looks like you and I started in a pretty similar place [I started at 355lbs and am currently low 270s]. It sounds like you and I have similar goals. I'm looking for a place to start lifting, but the nearest is about 30 minutes away...what a pain in my ass:ack2:.
