!!! Joanne's Weight Loss Journal!!!

Hi guys! I'm not even going to talk about what I had for dinner! I always fail when it comes to dinner coz my bloody boyfriend's so good at tempting me! I had a KFC chicken! :( And ate it with mashies and the works... but sod that it doesnt matter does it! As long as I really get on to it today! NO MORE BUTS WHATSOEVER this is it!! As a poster said here (I forgot who) IT'S NOW OR NEVER BABY!!!!
 
Hi guys! Been naughty all week last week :( Still lost 3 lbs last week though :D



But got back onto it 20th of november and have lost 4 lbs in 3 days!!! :)


Getting there.... really onto it now :D

I am on herbalife too. I exercise at the gym 4-5 times a week, do body step, pilates and just started with body pump.
With herbalife and moderate exercise I lost 5 kgs . Then I started having only 1 shake for dinner, an omlette for breakfast and a moderate lunch. Since then I;ve gained back 2 kgs and that is with intense exercise.
So, I think I need to cut back on the exercise and re-start herbalife with 2 shakes a day.
Frustrating as I love my work outs but I seem to be gaining weight on the scales with them.
Anyone else having this crazy pattern or is it just me being so weird!
