Hey, stopping by to reciprocate the forum love. Hope your shake got choked down with ease. The first couple days on those shakes is the hardest but if you WANT it you REALLY want it right?
 
YES! CORRECT! :D And I do enjoy the shakes :p Weird but I do.. I guess because it gives me that sense of control, like I kno how many calories each glass of shake exactly contains.
 
You guys are going to be so disappointed! I ended up eating chinese food last night! My boyfriend is so not supportive.. he always brings me to fattening places and says well it's okay if you dont eat but I'm eating. I swear I'm gona kick his ass. He said I'm beautiful the way I am but I am un happy with myself so I dont care what he thinks! It's so annoying when our partners do that dont you think??

You're bound to stumble a bit when you first start out, if it's any consolation, I ate two candy bars last night :eek:

You'll hit your stride soon though, and fatty stuff won't even be appetizing anymore =D Good luck!
 
Thanks.. yeah I like being called Jo.. :) I hate him. It's all his fault. hehe he put a gun to my head and he said.. if you aint eating this chinese food im shooting! So I had no choice but to eat the spring rolls and wonton and the beef brisket and fried rice! hahaha!

Woot! It's friday tonight and I soooooo want to have at least 3 glasses of wine!!!! DISCPLINE!!!
 
hey, just stopping in since you made an appearance at my journal. Yeah, Chinese food can be rough, but one day isn't going to kill ya. It's having multiple bad days that are damaging.
 
heheheh i'm that bored here at work :p 30 more minutes and im off! yeah yaaaah!! :) I soooooooooo know I'm going ot eat something bad tonight coz its friday and i want a glass of wine and really good dinner :( any suggestions guys?? I think i should just try some recipes that's really yummy but low cal like 300 cals below so i can still have my glass of wine :)
 
not sure whats in the house but thats a nice salad or maybe some fish. pretty much anything other than beef or dark meat chicken those are loaded with calories......
 
Get a Chai! =D I live off of those things, they're sooo delicious, lol. And if you get a low fat one, you can bump it up to a large size and still stay within 300 calories.

For the other 300... Something good and bready ^_^ I love carbs, lol.
