Hello!

So here I am...making commitment to myself to make me lose some weight and keep it off! I don't have any special net or dr.'s diet...I will just cut out snacks and sugars(as much as possible), do regular exercises, drink more water and measure weight every monday morning!
So, my dear new friends...thank u for reading this and being part of my journey! :)

Well, this morning I started private war with my character, centimetres and weight! I did 10 minutes warm up and 45 minutes indoor bike!
I will keep going, every morning changing exercises....so we will see if there will be changes of weight next monday!
Now...numbers!

Start measurements: august 15th

Hello again!


After one week of workout, 1.5-2l of water daily and no snacks and eating after 8pm...I lost 1 kg! I guess that it is just liquid and no body fat, but anyhow I feel more energy...even if I get up very early to exercise I don't feel tired! Anyhow...I wish u all great week...and keep going with new results!

After 2 weeks of regular morning exercise and limited sugar intake I have lost 3 kg! I feel great! I do 3 times a week light weight lift exercises and 3 times a week kickboxing...and sunday I do light yoga stretch! I have stoped eating after 7 pm and I take 1.5 - 2 l of water! It works for now....I will keep going! Hugs for u all that read this :) JJ
