Sounds like you're doing great!! LOVE the George Foreman grill - being at work at 8am is TERRIBLE - hope you get some sleep....

You work at GNC? Any weight loss supplements you recommend that actually work?

Great job Jess, seems like an intense workout.

I got a Foreman grill too, don't remember the model, but the exterior is red and came with 4 removeable plates. I love that thing! I cook chicken on it everyday, and sometimes grill my veggies too.

Hey everyone :) Sooo, got to work at 8am(lol txturtlegirl...) and was there till 9:30pm.. bleh. Worked out last night, alittle later than I intended, so I didn't do weights like I originally planned, but I did 25min and(again, forgot the cals :rolleyes: ) somethin like 400cals burned.. Definately a sweaty workout.. bleh. I hate sweat. I even carry perfume with me just cuz I don't wanna smell bad!! Haha, so off topic there.. :D
Tonight- not going to the gym- can hardly keep my eyes open.. but I came on to confess my bad foods for the day... Are you ready?? :( I had a slice of pizza(they're frickin GIGANTIC)from Costco, a medium mocha chip blizzard from DQ, an Oh Yeah bar from GNC(not to bad tasting actually... very filling as far as a meal replacement) and it had 280-320 somethin like that for cals, then I came home and made 2 chicken breasts on the gf grill... :eek: It doesn't look bad written down, but allll day I've felt aweful, like I was totally going overboard. Tomorrow will be TONS better on food just cuz I'll have more of a schedule for myself.
So corporate didn't go toooo terribly bad... There was a few things that get to be really focused on in the next coupla weeks, so I gotta make my employees start listening to me... lol...
I'm gonna sleep tonight.. I MAY get on my sisters treadmill for a few minutes... we'll see tho...

Hey -- You're my hero for burning those 400 cals!! With three kids, homeschooling and a baby that I care for during full time, I can only DREAM of working out. Actually I do... when I'm sleeping in and not getting up at 5 to run. lol

You're doing great, don't fret about the food. Like m2m said, it's the past and you should only focus on the present! Today is a new day!

Hey Jess,

One cheat day is fine, just make it up the next day :). Sometimes temptations do get the best of us. I know I've been a victim hehe.

Try having lighter meals the next day and I'm sure it'll balance out.

Oh man... freakishly tired right now.. Its bout twenty to 10pm, I'm gonna take a little nap, go work out for a while since I didn't go last night, and then I gotta stay up realllly late since I work overnights at the gym this weekend. Blah. I'm getting so sick of work, lol. *sigh* I'll update ya guys later, ya know, since I'll have time and all haha!
 
So you actually work at a gym....wow! lol You couldn't ask for a better job, huh!

Remember you do need a lot of sleep for your body to rest and stuff :D. So don't work too hard now :)

This weekend went by fairly smoothly... I had a lot of annoying customers at GNC though, which NEVER helps a mood. So today my dad was in town, so we went to dinner(I got a chicken salad sandwich with coleslaw, mmmmm) and then came home... I've been pretty much doing nothing ever since, which is really sad, however- I DID get stood up tonight :( lol. This guy hung out with me for a couple hours at the gym on Friday night, and we both have Sundays off, so he was gonna call to do something, and YEAH. Nothin. lol, ohhh well, in all honestly, he was a titch boring, little antisocial maybe? And I'm really not, hmm, coulda been a challenge tho, and that woulda been fun, lol...
So, didn't go to the gym tonight, depressed? Well, going to the gym COULD have helped with that, so I SHOULD have gone. Shoulda coulda woulda. Psh. Wow, I'm being realllly frickin cynical right now, lol, sorry guys, not usually like this!
Anyways, have a short work day tomorrow(can't go over my 40 hours, but I'm understaffed, so I'm working Mon-Sat, but I guess 4-5 shifts aren't so bad haha) so I'm going to try to get a TON accomplished- like getting a healthy grocery list ready, wash my gym clothes, and then work out a little bit harder to make up for tonight...
I'll be back tomorrow- hopefully with fanTAStic news :D

Aww, sorry about the date. Guess he just wasn't Mr. Right. I'm sure someone better will pop up soon. :)

We've all had our slacker days, lol. I always make it up the next day and I'm sure you will.

Chicken salad with coleslaw hum? Good (smart) choice.

When my family gets home on Wednesday, it'll be a test for me because I know they will want to take me out to dinner, or buy tons of food to cook at home. Big test!
 
yeah go to the gym and workout, put the anger and depression into the gym and burning calories :D
