so its tuesday! Weigh in day for me, because its my moms weigh in day at weight wathcers and this is her cheat take out day so i figured it would be mine too!
Weighed myself ad i have lost 2.6 lbs in 4 days (I snuck a peek at my weight 4 days ago) My BMI is now is the 28 range!! woot..
BMI- 28.91.. not bad..
hoping to see better results this week.. As the past week Ive eaten too much take out food and junk.. Even tho its less then it used to be..
Yesterday was baaaaaad.. My brother came to my school to take me out for dinner (that never happens, as me and my brother dont get along to well ) Not only did he take me to my fav place to eat (McDonalds.. lol, yea, i know, classy

) .. but he let me drive! AND he payed for my meal.. Only 6 dollars but still.. Wierd behaviour.. So i couldnt really say no to him taking me to Mcdonalds.. And i was planning on buying my own food, and i only had four dollars, so i thought i would just have a snack wrap, when i told him what i wanted at the drive Thru, he looked at me and said "thats it?!" So instead he got the meal i used to have all the time... A double bacon cheesburgar fries, and a diet coke.. With big mac sauce for my fries.. The people that made it made a mistake and got me regular coke instead. I didnt eat all my fries, I ate about half, and gave the rest to him.. It was weird, I was REALLY full, I could ussually eat that full meal and then want another burgar! I was astonished.. yea i know, Im rambeling.. haha
Then yesterday after school my mom picked me up and had to bring me out of town to the dentist (Had to fix my retainer) So we had to stay out of town for a while and wait for my retainer to be fixed.. So we needed supper, naturally.. Not alot of food places to choose from out there, Salad and sub place was CLOSED.. just my luck.. So instead we went to Mary browns (fried chiken place) and i had 2 peices of white meat chicken and a small taters and diet pepsi.. And it oddly filled me up fast.. again.. Actually felt like i was going to burst when i finished eating it.. The chicken pieces were small.. A abnormally small wing and a breast.. wow..
Anyways.. had a nap this evening and ate good all day.. went for a long walk after my nap and did 10 minutes of wii fit.. Going to use my ski machine for 15 minutes in a hour or so, and then another 10 minutes of wii fit..
