Just finished my run/walk. I did 4 laps of the two football field sized track. I ran 2 sides then walked 1 then ran two. etc. So thats a lap more than I did yesterday.

Ok I've just done my weight and measure,entsfor the week. And I am SOOO confused!

Im up a whole kg on last week. Which is actually not surprising since my week didn't go very well at all. But my measurements are so confusing.

Bust: was 97cm - now 96cm (target = 90cm - 6cm to go)
Under Bust: was 81cm - now 80 cm (target = 74cm - 6cm to go)
Waist: was 78cm - now 75cm (target 65cm - 10cm to go)
Hip: was 97cm - now 95.5cm (target 89 cm - 6.5cm to go)
But: was 108cm - now 106cm (target 98cm - 8 cm to go)
Top of thigh: was 64cm - now 63cm (target 58cm - 5cm to go)


So I pretty much lost a cm everywhere yet I'm a kg heavier... how is this possible!!!

When you do sports, your muscles start growing and that increases weight, but that is a good weight.

Muscles are heavy too, it is best when you have less cm and more kg. It makes you really nice look. Especially if you follow some good tips about weight loss.

1300 cals today. So not too bad although I did have Jelly beans and 2 coffees. I can drink it not without sugar, which I'm quite proud off. I can finally handle the taste! And trim milk too so not too bad.

So far today I've had: A muesli bar, 5 pieces of sushi and a coffee with trim milk no sugar. I feel surprisingly full. Went for a run/walk today but leg started hurting so didn't go for very long.

Side question: What are lollies, takeaways and what is a muesli bar?

Wow... Um well lollies are I don't know what you call them, sweets, candy? Balls of sugar... eg. Gummi bears, jelly beans etc. (Please tell me you have those!)
Takeaways: Fish and Chips, I guess Mc Donalds etc too.
Muesli bar: Basically a bar made of oats or grains, wheat etc with fruit and honey to stick it together.
 
Ok well today started going well. Had muesli bar, tuna crackers and trim latte.

Then got home from uni and found out I've been mixed up in a scam to do with banking which freaked me out and caused me to eat a whole bag of lollies and a small chocolate bar.
 
Ok so I caved and weight myselft this morning. And guess what? 70.5kgs!!

My measurements are:
Bust: 95cm (2cm lost)
Under Bust: 79cm (2cm lost)
Waist: 73cm (5cm lost)
Hip: 95cm (2cm lost)
But: 105 cm (3cm lost)
Leg: 62.5cm (1.5cm lost)
 
This running routine is going quite well. Another one today. I seem todo 5-6 runs a week which is good. Its my birthday this weekend. My parents are coming down tomorrow to spend it with me. Kinmda scared about all the food!
