Hey guys! My name is Jess. I have decided to start this diary because of what I saw when I stepped on the scales tonight. Long story short I used to be a really good weight. I am 177cm tall and used to weight 59kgs and fit a size 8 (NZ). That was 2 months ago. Now i am more like 67kgs. I moved away from home to uni and the uni life (drinking, dinners out with friends, chocolate and sweet fixes) as well as hostel food with huge ammounts a food, dinner at lunch and at dinner time, and coffees and hot chocolates at every meal, has definately taken its toll. I nearly had a heart attack when I stood on the scales tonight. Therefore this will be my food/progress diary untill I get back down to my old weight of 59kgs.
Will add measurements later, and food diary will start tomorrow. I plan going from eating everything extreme to eating very little extreme.
I also have lots of tips and trick to hopefully help other people out!

Day Two of my diet. I am now 66kgs which is good.
Measurements are as follows:
Height: 167cm
Bust: 92cm
Waist: 74cm
Hip: 91cm
Bottom: 102cm

Food Diary Day One:
Breakfast:
1 Weetbix with skim milk.
Lunch:
Cranberry Iced Tea, 2 Crackers with Cream Cheese and tomato, Small slice fruit cake, 1 small easter egg.
Dinner:
Toad-In-The-Hole (Sausages in batter), 1 piece pumpkin, cabbage, 1 small potato, Cranberry Iced Tead

Food Diary Day Two:
Breakfast:
1 Weetbix with skim milk,
Lunch:
Small bowl pumpkin soup, small bunch grapes, half a choc chip muffin, Cranberry Iced Tea
Dinner:
Satay Chicken with Carrots and Broccoli
 
Hey Jessie :) I'm originally from NZ (my extended family live in the north island) Welcome to the forum! Looks like you're off to a great start!
Congrats on the loss so far. It's amazing how quickly the weight can go on isn't it? I put on 10kgs in 3 months, and over a year on I'm still struggling to lose it :blush5:
 
Hey Guys. Thanks. Yea I was pretty shocked that I'd put on 8kgs in 2 months. But it seems to be coming off alright so far. I live in the North Island as well.

Breakfast:
1 Weetbix with Skim Milk
Lunch:
Pumpkin Soup and 1 piece plain toast
Dinner:
Cranberry Iced Tea, Spaghetti

Weight: 65kgs
Measurements:
Bust: 90cm
Waist 67cm
Hip: 89cm
Bottom: 101cm
 
Hi Jess, you seem to be off to a great start. 10 kg in 10 weeks might be a bit difficult as it is much harder to lose weight when you don't have much to lose so the weight loss will probably slow down after a few kgs. Don't be disheartened and give up if it does this as you will eventually lose it but just be prepared so that you are not too dissapointed if this does happen.
