Got today's diet planned out in advance. I've also started drinking green tea. It's supposed to help you lose weight, but tbh that's not really why I'm drinking it, as I'm a bit of a sceptic about that kind of thing. I'm drinking it mainly because it doesn't require me to buy milk and also the other health benefits are meant to be great
