Day 23
Got today's diet planned out in advance. I've also started drinking green tea. It's supposed to help you lose weight, but tbh that's not really why I'm drinking it, as I'm a bit of a sceptic about that kind of thing. I'm drinking it mainly because it doesn't require me to buy milk and also the other health benefits are meant to be great :)

Diet
All bran 500
Breaded cod and salad 400
Salad 300
Flapjack 300
Total: 1500

I really enjoyed reading your journal! We sort've have similar goals.. except I'm fatter! hahaha! But seriously. I am aiming for 60 KG mark! So basically, 8 KGS needs to melt off my big ass.. and preferably before I travel to America on May the 6th.

About the green tea - it can increase your metabolism by 4% so it's worth giving it a shot for weight loss... although you do need to drink it consistently! :)
