Jess - The road to happiness and health :)

Hey Jess happy new year :) Congrats on the loss that is just amazing that you did that over the chrissie break!!

Have HEAPS of fun at Dreamworld - its seriously my favourite place on earth, it's so much fun! You will get an awesome workout just walking around all day! Go on the wipeout for me pleeeaaaasseee!! :)

Have a lovely holiday Jess. Its so cool what you've achieved so far and how its going to affect your hoilday (in a good way).

You list brought a big smile to my face as it is so lovely to see your enthusiasm and you will feel so great when everybody sees the new slimmer you.
Have fun. I'm off back to England where I was born next Saturday for an 8 day holiday and I'm really excited as well :)

I really feel like I'm 'living' now if you know what I mean? Not just existing for nothing...
Thanks for saying that, it did me good to read it and it gives me hope. I've heard so many people say losing weight doesn't fix everything but I darn sure think it'll fix alot for me. Especially the problems that are related to my weight!

Oh and your new year sounds awesome :) I fell asleep on my couch and fireworks and the dog woke me up lol.

I would agree with that! its a whole heap less stress :D
STOKED! Another 1.5 down. That means only another 9kg to my final goal! Best start to 2011 :)
HORAY! thats soo cool!! :D:D Happy New Year!!

glad to see you

Happy New Year Jess. Congratulations on another 1.5 k loss. You are doing amazing. Your food looks light to me - but you are filling up on lots of water and you sound really positive.

You are the first person to visit my diary since I came back a week or two ago so I was really glad to see you. Thank you so much. I am starting out the same size you did - 16. What size are you now?

You LOST over Christmas???!?!?!? Girl, I am SOOOO jealous! I fell off the wagon in big way - so now back to reality and my previously healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy you day!

Hey Jess! Congrats on the weight loss missy! That's superb and quite an accomplishment if u ask me! Enjoy "brekky" tomorrow (such a cute word...love everyone's dialect here)! =)

Hey Jello, It's definitly making me happier overall, I can tell you! About NYE, hey a quiet one's a good one I reckon! Lol

Thanks Wishes :) :cheers2:

Hey Happychubette - No worries! I'll be popping all the time :) I actually started out a size 18 on the bottom. I'm a size 14 now (yay!) and it feels so much better. I was walking through the local shopping centre this week and I actually felt like a normal person for the first time in AGES! Like I didn't stick out because of my weight if you know what I mean?
Thanks so much for your words, it means a lot! I think I could be eating more carbs or protein, but I've been doing so well that I figure just keep doing what I'm doing.

Hey Tigs, great to see/type you lol! Thanks mate xx I was just over at your diary - sounds like you've got things under control now - hope you have a great day too :)

Thanks Soccorrox! I was just over at your diary too! Lol I didn't realise no-one else said brekky :coolgleamA: I'm a bit of a bogan... lol

Yesterday I did 1 hour of free step on the Wii Fit and 40 minutes of crunches and small hand weights. I felt like a machine after I finished! Just wish I could lose more fat off my arse and thighs hmmm.

Food today was the same a yesterday really. I'm so boring, but if it works then it's all good! Thanks for popping in you guys :) You make my day!

AHH It's so exciting when you drop sizes!!! I don't know why but sometimes just looking at the scales and seeing a loss isn't enough...when you drop a size it kind of makes it so much more real (if you know what I mean?) :D

Hey we both have 9kg to go!!

I also love that feeling of feeling normal and inconspicous when I'm out. I used to hate to walk into a room of people and hated dressing up as I felt that I looked so awful anyway. Now I love to dress up and go out. :)

Awesome work over the holidays!! Honestly I didnt doubt for a second you would do great - ever since the beginning it's just been pure consistency with you! Great work!
I think you should keep a pair of your biggest pants to always look back on. I made the mistake of getting rid of everything and now I wish I had my size 20's to reflect back on. It would be fun to put them on and take a picture when you drop another size. Just my thoughts. Keep it up Jess! It's great to be back!

That's a good idea! I've put on my old size 16 jeans a few times and it was SUCH a good laugh at how funny they looked. They were HUGE! I'm currently wearing a pair of size 7 jeans. I think it would be great fun if we all posted photos of us in our baggy clown clothes!

Hey everybody! I'm offically on hols at Mums now, the weather sucks (it's been raining every day so far) but we're having fun anyway. I've got really limited access to the internet here as due to the flooding here the underground phone lines are all swamped and the connection is sparse at best! I miss catching up on everyone's diaries :(

All has been going well, and I've not fallen off the wagon, still eating all my usual foods. I prepared for the 13 hours of driving by making salad wraps and I raided our veggie garden for snacks to take along the way - beans, grapes, cherry tomatoes, peas in the pod etc.
I'm a bit disappointed I won't get to weigh in for 2 weeks but I don't want to use a 'foreign' scale. I'd rather wait till I get home and use my Wii Fit.

Hey Tigs, I'm keen to do that for sure when I get back - I took Lisa's advice and kept a pair of size 18's in the shed :)

Thanks Lisa! Glad to see you back too!

Hey Jello! Thanks for thinking of me mate, I'm great, enjoying seeing my Mum, we've been laughing since I got here!

Thanks Trusylver - hope you did too :)

Happy New Year to you too Akani, hope you had a good one :cheers2:

Hey Lucy, I totally get what you mean, and that's cool we have the same goal happing! I can't wait until these 9kg's are gone!!!

Happychubbette, that's it! You know what they say, 'If it aint broke, don't fix it!'

Thanks for writing everybody, I'll try and catch up with you all, but haven't got much time - hope everyone's doing GREAT :)

My new jeans are so tight (size 14) that I'm afraid to wash them (shrinkage).
Lol I did the same, I wore my new 14's once, then washed them, but I was too frightened to try them on again in case they didn't fit! I wore them yesterday and they slid on without hassle :) Phew!
