Well, the glycogen thing seems reasonable considering the liver reserves will be pretty much depleted after a good night sleep. However I can't do much cardio, running wise that is, my doctor said that I must not do anything with high joint impact while at this weight; I could try the elliptical thing though(I wonder who would have a machine to lend me this day?).

By the way, don't you get like monumentally hungry after that cardio? specially since you are yet to have breakfast.

I'm one of those persons, swimming makes me extremely hungry, however, it's a temporary thing; the appetite dies down after an hour or so. I can simply go to the pool with no money so I won't be able to buy any food in my way home; I walk slow on the way back, so I'll make it in around 50m instead of 30m. That should hopefully do the trick.
 
actually, not really. I do eat a nice breakfast. (oatmeal with 1 tbsp peanut butter and some blackberries added, with 2 tbsp of flaxseed)

its pretty good tho most people disagree with me, i swear its like eating a pb and j sandwich, but more fresh and with a spoon
 
Ahahah. I was gonna give it a try today, but overslept an woke up around 12. Must have slept 11 hours, that's new :p.

Will try tomorrow then, I'll walk for an hour before breakfast, since it's low impact and I have no elliptical machine just yet.

The other choice could be to go swimming before breakfast, but I'll probably be insanely weak considering the effort required; some testing would be nice though, just to know where I stand.
 
Day 11

Day 11 - April 23, 2009

Sucky day, I really lacked energy during the day and near dinner time I was feeling so tired. I drank my 4l has usual.

I noticed the food cravings have nearly vanished; I don't get one unless I see someone eating something I like.

I've also planned my "reward" if I loose at least 5kg with the scarsdale, one of the fatty foods I used to eat; of course I'm gonna combine that day with lots of exercise so I at minimum break even calorie wise.
 
Day 12

Day 12 - April 24, 2009

Everything was going according to schedule until... my uncle got hospitalized(dunno what's wrong just yet, doesn't look critical though), so I kinda spent a big portion of the day on the hospital and drank only 8/12 glasses of water out of lack of time.

Out of that, it was the "dry cheese" day, so I enjoyed the food greatly, nearly no hunger over the day.
 
Day 13

Day 13 - April 25, 2009

Well, today was an overall good day, and I haven't been hungry all day, despite the low calorie count.

Also, today I took the first dump of the week(the scarsdale is kinda f... up that way).

A notable thing, I'm actually starting to like some of the veggies I eat; that's gotta be a good thing :D.
 
The scarsdale is a rather strict diet, gives you lots and lots and lots of protein(the body consumes a lot of energy to digest protein), lots of veggies, barely no sugar(seriously, half an orange in the morning is usually all you get) in order to force your body to burn fat as there is almost no liver glycogen at all times. It also gives you 2-3 coffee cups a day, to keep you up and boost your metabolism a little. Also, gives you some citrus to incentivize the fat to atp(energy cell) by playing with krebs circle. I'm sure it does some other stuff I'm not aware of, but it's pretty good so far.

Lost 2.3kg this week, and I haven't taken a dump in 2 days now so there is some "extra" luggage in there. Also, lost A LOT in my measures, ~2cm from the neck, ~4-5cm from my waist and like 9cm form my hips!(this last one seems odd, but I measured 3 times, same tape, same exact place, so it should be accurate).
 
Day 14

Day 14 - April 26, 2009

Last day of the first week of the diet, I think I'm going to leave a week in "normal" diet before I do it again, I'm not feeling all that well.

Out of that, pretty good day :).
 
Day 15

Day 15 - April 27, 2009

Today I started the day as if I was gonna continue the scarsdale with no break, however, I was feeling a little "funny". It turned out the thing really put me intestines out of balance, not to very graphical, so yep, break is a must.

But fear not! I bought all kinds of healthy food for this week. And none of it comes in can :D.

wanna feel funny? drop all meats for 2 weeks. just eat veggies and stuff.
