DAY ..um..ok day 1?

Yeah, I had stopped posting cause my weight kept going back up. It was up to 363 at one point there. I flux so much it is frustrating so I have focused right now that it is sickening. What I'm doing now is working pretty well. For dinner, I've been stopping and getting one of Wendy's new salads (spicy ceaser or the apple pecan) but using only one of the dressings and none of the addon (crutons or the pecans) packs. It makes it between 550-600 calories for a nice and tasty salad that keeps me filled up all day. Then I have a smaller controled portion of what Amy makes for dinner for lunch instead. As you can see, I'm down to one of my lowest points again so I'm happy with the results.
Change in plans though, Amy and I (with her father) have decided that we will move to Florida around May of next year. We all hate South Carolina and he wants to spend his last years down on the beach with his metal detector. I will be able to go back to working at Disney as it was always my dream to do. She will return to the counciling work. We are going to make this happen. As such, we will likely NOT do the big trip instead going for a research trip with maybe 1 park. It's cool..all for the goal.
Also means I want to keep dropping the weight so I am under 300 by Florida. That is a good ultimate goal for now..but I'm planning to keep the same pace I had planned. We have 10 days until the end of the month. The goal is to hit 354 by then. It isn't the 350 I was aiming for before but that still would be a great success.
