Ok, so today is Monday. I weighed in at 211 again this morning, but I had several salty things over the weekend, so I'm positive I'm retaining water. Going to drink lots of water today and hopefully I'll have a drop tomorrow or Wednesday.
Today is also the day I'm starting my exercise plan. I've been debating it for a while, but I think I may give the Couch to 5k program a try. I need structure, some sort of plan or challenge, or I won't stick with it. I might die, but I want to give it a try anyway. I'll be doing it on my treadmill though, because I'm not jogging or running in public. Nope. Not happening. lol. I downloaded the app on my phone, so I'll be starting that today. I also be doing some stretching. I know my hips are going to hate me if I don't.
I was walking back to my car this morning after dropping the kids off at school and realized that my pants felt a bit more loose. That's always a nice feeling.

Week 1 day 1 of C25K done. Didn't die! But holy crap. haha. Did some stretching before and after, so we'll see how my hips feel later. The only thing that really bothered me was my lungs, which is probably from the from the leftovers of my embolisms. It's kind of hard to describe, but it's kind of like a sharp, shooting, snap, crackle, pop feeling. Hopefully that gets better, but as long as it doesn't get any worse I think it'll be fine. Anyways.... I did it!
