I'm back. I've been here for years, and most of you probably know me. For those of you that don't... Hello, hello, hello, nice to meet you!
My highest weight was around 290 back in 2009. At one point last year I was down to around 185, and right now I'm at 214. Yeah.... 214...let's join together and sigh about that one.... *siiiiiiiiigh*
Ok, moving right along...
I'm 5'6" and wearing a size 14 jean right now, but they are snug. My goal is to be very close to 180 on my birthday, May 20th. I ultimately would like to be in a size 10 or 12 jean. I'm not going for super skinny here. I like my curves, and so does my other half.
I firmly believe in having everything in moderation. If my calories allow it, I will have a piece of chocolate or scoop of ice cream. The trick is not eating 10 candy bars or the whole container of ice cream. That is something I still work on.
Biggest obstacles:
Mountain Dew, Pepsi, ice cream, chocolate, I hate exercise, and the fact that my boyfriend is a trained chef.
What I have going for me:
I've lost a lot of weight in the past and have managed to keep most of it off. I know what I have to do. I just have to do it.
