Food was good yesterday, and I did the treadmill for 30 minutes last night. I can already tell the difference in my aches and pains, and my hips are a little less stiff. I'm sure in another week it will be even better. It's funny, every single time I go on a low carb diet I'm always amazed at how much better I feel. My body truly hates carbs with a fiery passion. I think my pain and stiffness has gotten to the point that I can't stand it anymore, and I'm going to have to give them up in order to do the things that I want to do. I'm probably still going to have to make an appt for my back eventually, but for now it's definitely a step in the right direction.

I spent last night on Pinterest. Last time I was successful losing a lot of weight, I was on there quite often looking at stuff. I found a ton of low carb recipe ideas, exercises, and inspirational quotes. I also looked at workout clothes. I really need a new pair of shoes, so I think next time we go to the mall I'll get a new pair and a few other things. Maybe having some cute stuff to wear will help keep me motivated to exercise? ....Probably not, but it's worth a try. haha!

Today went pretty good. Probably had a few too many nuts, but it wasn't too bad. Chef made steak for dinner... delicious! Treadmill tomorrow.
 
I had a 3.5 lb drop between yesterday and today. Which means my total lost since starting again is 11 lbs! :hurray: I still have a long way to go, but it's a great start. To meet my short term goal for my birthday, I have to lose about 6 lbs every month for the next 3 months. Pretty sure I can do that, especially doing low carb. I might even meet my goal early, which would be nice!

I'm going to do the treadmill tonight. Tomorrow I'll do something else... the wii fit or pilates probably.

Wow, congrats on the 11 lbs loss! I bet you feel totally awesome. I know I will once I get past that 10lb mark (I think that's the hardest because once you're past it you gain a lot of momentum and motivation!)

Stay strong and keep pushing! :)
 
Thanks, guys!! It feels great to finally see some progress on the scale. :)

I also just noticed a few minutes ago that my stomach has gone down a little bit more. I'm sure it's just the bloat from all the carbs going away, but I'll take it!

Food was good today. I didn't exercise today like I had planned to do though. I'll do it tomorrow. It wasn't a normal day around here, but tomorrow I shouldn't have any problems fitting it in. :) And then next week I'm planning on exercising Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one day during the weekend.

Also I need a pair of these to play with. I mean, I'd probably fall on my face like 50 million times, but it looks like fun. haha!

Wow, that´s amazing! I would probably kill myself in the process, but if anyone has the motor skills to pull it off, it must be awesome!
 
Lol that Kangoo dance video is hilarious. It reminds me of another weight loss invention - shake weight. XD
 
Ahh... the shake weight. My mom bought one of those. :eek:



Just got done doing the wii fit. Did mostly the dance ones. I'm tired. I need a nap. I feel good though. :)
 
That really does look like fun. I could imagine me not being able to even able to stand up on them though :blush5:

Had a good day today! I exercised, ate well, and got some stuff done! Can't really complain about that. :) Tomorrow is a treadmill day!
