Thanks! As far as the trainer goes it showed him going back to his healthy eating and exercising with the girl he was training. But you know he probably exercised every waking minute he had. I think it was 4 months to get back down to where he was, because I'm pretty sure it was a total of 8 months for the whole process.Congrats on not stuffing your face for Superbowl!!

I did exactly that! And, yeah I'm done with snow... enough already! lol!Eight pounds in a month sounds great to me. And normally I love fresh snow but I can see how you react to it differently than I would, haha. Treat yourself to a little cake if it's delicious, but be good after that!

Since you wish it was more though, I think I can help you out. Aerobic exercise will surely cause you to drop a few more pounds. And, by aerobic exercise I mean bedroom gymnastics.

But, I only had 2 small pieces of pizza, a tiny ass piece of cake, and a small scoop of ice cream. If you had been here... seen the chaos that was going on.... you would of been like..."It's ok, Jen... just eat the whole cake. We understand"... haha!
