I started my weight loss journey last Wednesday July 11th. I started taking this aerobic kickboxing class that is really intense.
Apparently with each session you are supposed to burn between 700-900 calories-- and it feels like it! Well this last Wednesday I weighed myself and I lost 6 pounds, so I must be burning something... I've completely cut out any soda. I haven't been eating any fast food, which is sometimes hard because my boyfriend is a fast food junkie... he pretty much lives off the stuff (he is in great shape, though-I don't get it). So I'm going to continue going to this boxing class 4 times a week, like I have been and try to start running on the days that I do not. I really hope this works, I have never been this heavy. I really need to make a change...
