Ok...I just weighed myself and am not at all happy about it. Instead of getting back on track I'm veering even farther off course. I have let my emotional eating get way out of control. I've been stressed about stuff and have used that as an excuse to eat....and eat.......and eat. At this point I'm really pissed off at myself that I have to lose 7 or 8 lbs, that I already lost, AGAIN. That just pisses me off.![]()
Look at the bright side...maybe you just have to take a poop. A really big poop. Like, a reeeeeally BIG poop.
