I'm going to try to be really good today, and maybe I'll see 194 by tomorrow. *crossing my fingers* Oh, I'm doing my official weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning, instead of Saturday this week, I have plans tomorrow night and Saturday. So I'm just going to get it out of the way.

Hang in there. I don't know if it helps, but if there's something you really want to eat, eat half of it and then promise yourself you get to eat the other half tomorrow.
Eh, we all have those days. Once in a while won't hurt anything, just don't make it a habit. You are so close to your goals, keep it up!
