Yep - that's the attitude, Jen! A loss is a loss
I've found that cheat days are not always a great thing to have. Once and a while, sure, but to incorporate them routinely into your regimen seems (for me at least) to hinder your progress as you get closer and closer to your goal(s).
That's how it is for me right now, so I've pretty much put a stop to it.
Love those kinds of nights, btw! Relaxation, gaming, drinking.. yahhh :]
Hope your head feels better soon as well, Jenny!
Rest, rest, rest

I'm going to use my time during the day to get my work done, and also use the treadmill! I'm super excited!
It was quiet, and I got a lot of work done. I didn't do the treadmill today(was enjoying the quiet and relaxation a bit too much), but I plan on doing it tomorrow morning, for sure! I also love the treadmill... There's no way in hell I'm running in public. That is just NOT happening.
I've been working all weekend trying to get a writing job done, and turned in. So, I've been sitting here with my head in my laptop, stuffing my face pretty much all weekend. Not good. Tomorrow I have to get back on track!
