Jen's Diary of Random Stuff.... Take Two!!

AWell I had a cheat day today. Nothing too bad though. Mostly just because there wasn't anything in the house that was horribly bad for me, and I didn't want to get up off my lazy ass and go to the store. See.... laziness does pay off! I kid..I kid. :p I worked pretty much all day anyway. My brain feels like mush, so I'm off to bed!

AWhat a day...SIGH. I stayed within my calories though, and got a few laughs at the Blake Shelton(loooove him) Christmas special. So all was not lost. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

I'm just gonna start out by saying..... Thank you for bringing back vBulletin, WLF!!!! Oh my gosh, I missed it so much! :) I'm a super happy camper right now. LOL!

I've gotten tons of exercise in the last 2 days... the fun way.. haha! ;) I was still at 195 this morning though, but that's fine. I had a good loss last week, so that's pretty normal.

I'm going to try to be really good today, and maybe I'll see 194 by tomorrow. *crossing my fingers* Oh, I'm doing my official weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning, instead of Saturday this week, I have plans tomorrow night and Saturday. So I'm just going to get it out of the way.

Weigh-in day. I stayed at 195.0 this week. No loss, but no gain either. So, I can't really complain about that. My goal for next week is to see 193.
 
I'm heading out in just a little bit to go out to dinner. I've been looking over the menu online, and I know what I should get. Will I though? I don't know. lol!
 
Hang in there. I don't know if it helps, but if there's something you really want to eat, eat half of it and then promise yourself you get to eat the other half tomorrow.

Thanks, MrVee. I do try to do that sometimes. It's not working today though. I don't know why I'm so hungry today. I feel like I could just eat, and eat, and eat. I think today is just going to be a complete wash, especially since I have plans again tonight. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
 
if the day is a total washout, don't beat yourself up about it, just think of ways you could avoid such a day in the future and move on with your good eating.
 
I am doing just that, Trusylver. Today I'm back on track, and feeling pretty good. :)


Even though the weekend was a total bust diet wise, it was a very good weekend. I had a lot of fun, got out of the house for a change, and got to spend some time with Chef. He suffered through my favorite movie(A Lot Like Love) again last night, and didn't even complain ONCE! So, major brownie points to him..lol! It was definitely a much needed weekend, even if the diet suffered a little bit... or a lot. haha!

Today I'm just working. I have a deadline to meet by midnight. Boo! So, I better get busy!

Eh, we all have those days. Once in a while won't hurt anything, just don't make it a habit. You are so close to your goals, keep it up!
