Ok I was just ready to climb in to bed when I discover that there is a fat creature that already had staked his claim there for the night....

MY FAT CAT NAMED KODAK!!!

I would let him sleep there but he gets to be anoying durning the night so he gets shut up in the laundry room at night.











Kodak was safely moved to his room for the night. I know can go to bed. lol

ah you think he's cute and cuddily now but give him time. He gets to be so annoying and crazy like. Plus if we I would let him roam around the house all night his curious cat like instinks will come out and next thing ya know....the house is a mess and cups and dishes are broken.
 
Another Mile In The Books

I just got back from my 20 minute mile walk with my energenic dog. The walk could of been a 15 minute walk but with my dog we had to stop and sniff everything and pee every 50 yards. I though male dogs were bad. Maybe it's because my dog has a weak blatter. Who knows... When we finally got back I gave her a fresh bowl of water and a good rub down to tell her that she's a good dog.

I have also done 120 sittups already today. I am going to do more either after I post or after I get home tonight from work.
 
Good morning all. I am getting ready to go into work for my morning shift. I prob. will be done around 1:30-2ish then I must come back in and work at 4pm. Finding time to exercise today is going to be hard. Hopefully we aren't busy up at work and I just can come home early. Well I gotta finish getting ready. Hope you all have a great day!:)
 
Good Evening everyone. I just got done watching Open Season with my younger brother. Now that is a good movie. I have been working all weekend and tomorrow will be my day off. I was going to go walking this evening since it wasn't raining like it had been for the past few days. Tomorrow is suppose to be nice so I am going to do some walking. I was so tired from work today I didn't go walking like I had planned. School starts back up for me on tuesday. I am not really thrilled about that. But I am only part-time this quarter so I will have time to maybe to go to the YMCA or something. Hope everyone is having a wonderfull evening. TTYL.
 
Wow! what anamazing day it is. 70+ outside. Nice gentle breeze. But I am stuck indoors "Spring Cleaning" by myself. My mom gave me a huge list before she left this afternoon to take my brother to baseball practice.(he's on a traveling baseball team) I have half the list done. I am going to take a break and go outside and walk. Enjoy the nice day while it last. The grass is actually turning green again believe it or not. Now if only it would stay like this and let the ground dry up. It has rained so much in the past few days there is standing water everywhere. And I want to go out and clean up my dog's "mess" :p outside. Can't do that until the ground dries up. If it doesn't I will be cleaning it all up in the mudd!!! Well I'm gonna go out and walk. After my last post I didn't go on that walk until like an hour later. I got caught up in a task that had to be done. I just now got back from my 1 mile jog/walk. Yes I said jog. I had my dog with me and she was tugging and a pulling as if she wanted to go faster. So I decided to jog for part of the mile (off and on) I would say I jogged for about 1/2 a mile and walked the other half. When we got back finally my dog as panting hard as well as myself. I wish I could of jogged for the entire mile but I knew that there would be no way I could of done it. Maybe after I get use to jogging I will but right now I can't quite do it. This country road that I walk done had other walkers today. There was a mom pushing an athletic stroller thing with her to boys asleep in it. And there also was a man that I passed that was jogging like I was. While cleaning today I have noticed so many people walking up and down my street. I'm sure if I went up town I would find more walkers. All the neighbor kids are outside playing and enjoy this lovely weather. Lets hope it last. If only it could be like this all year round.....sigh.
 
jogging 1/2 a mile = SORE LEGS!!!

Wow! Never in my life I would have thought that my legs would hurt this bad. But it's a good hurt I guess. If that makes any sense what so ever. I had so much trouble sleeping last night. My legs weren't sore at all until I got up and was standing/walking on them. Well I have to go and buy my school books. Cya all later!
 
Sorry to hear you're in pain - but it's good pain ;)

I still can't run a full mile straight. I'm working on it - but I'm just not there yet. Take your time in this!
 
It was suppose to rain today. Infact it is suppose to rain all week. But some how mother nature decided not start the sprinkler system. So I took atvantage to the good weather...again and went out for a walk. I took my dog as I have been and walked down the country road behind my house. So I have now walked like a mile every day for the past 4 days. If the rain continues to stay away I will keep doing this. I am now off to start some situps. The "Crunch Queen's" throne (the gym ball) has been unoccupied for the past few days. I must step back up and reclaim my royal duties.
 
200 sittups done!! I want to do more...but I am going to give myself a little break before I continue. I also did 20 "butt ups", 20 inner thigh squeezes, some toning rope exercises, and 20 push ups. I am currently drinking my 2nd glass of ice water to help step up the calorie burning.
