At home. I use to have a membership at the local YMCA but it expired and I really don't have the time and money to drive 20minutes to a gym...and the money to pay for the gas/membership fees right now...maybe this summer.

im sorry to hear about your neck and back.. perhaps its all that lifting and pressure during the sit - ups?
how about trying a new exercise challenge .. like push ups or squats - see if you can get to be able to do them like you can now do sit ups :)

Well I have to go to the chriopractor every few months just because my back and neck are out of wack...I haven't been there since like july/august area. I'm sure once I get a good adjustment all will be well again. My neck and shoulders have been sore off and on for a while now...it's just been this past week that it has been really bad...so tomorrow I am going to make an appointment to get readjusted. I might have to challenge my self with something else for awhile...we'll see how I feel later on today...
 
Blizzard!!!

Well good morning/afternoon everyone. It's been a few days since my last post. My internet hasn't been working right so I could do any posting. Right now my area is under a Blizzard warning! We are to get 11-16" of snow plus very windy and cold conditions. It's not so bad as of yet. I had a doctors appointment this morning so that my back/neck/shoulders could be adjusted and took some pictures of what is happening.

Even though I lacked in exercising the past few days I still managed to lose 3 more pounds...9lbs down now!!! Since I am stuck indoors due to this weather I can catch up on lost exersing time. My campus has closed and canceled all day and night classes for today...probably even tomorrow. So I will have plenty of time on my hands....

Thanks...yeah i know...and it has gotten worse since I posted those. There are a few snow driffts in my back yard that have to be 2-3 ft deep...this wont be over for the rest of the day....
 
Good Afternoon all. Well our Blizzard had come and gone. My area of ohio recieved 15-16" of snow...although it seems like a lot more. The wind blew around a lot of the snow throughout yesterday and last night. My backyard now looks like sand dunes. There is a long snow drift that goes the length of our house and curves up the side between us and my neighbors house. My dad thinks it's about 70ft long and anywhere from 3-5 ft deep in places. My mom went out there to venture into and take pictures...she found that she couldn't get through it in the high parts. If I was to try and make my way through it the drift would be above my hips...now remeber I am 5'2" so that's one deep snow drift...it looks to be about a few feet wide to...but i just wanted to let you all know that it is no longer snowing and we now have a huge ass snow drift in my backyard...pictures to follow once I can downsize them a bit.

600 Sittups
~300 regular w/ 4lb medicine ball
~300 twisting w/ 4lb medicine ball
Various Toning Rope Exercises
40 Push ups
40 Butt ups
40 Inner Thigh Squeezes


I am noticing that my sittups are getting easier. When I am done with 400 I just want to keep on going. So I upped my sittups to 600 a day. And today I have been bloated...(stupid mother nature :( ) but I still am trying to keep up with my exercises. Well I am gonna go surf the net for a while before I go to bed. Night all!
 
Those pictures are unbelievable! Hope you are doing ok & aren't getting cabin fever.

I'd love to stay home from work a few extra days but I don't know about all that SNOW!!! Wow! Hang in there. The sun will be back to heat us up again soon. No snow for me but I'm cold.
 
Wow what a day...I went into work this morning at 10:30...I also had to work tonight. Now usually when I do this I go home at 2pm and then come back in at 4pm then if we are dead after our last delivery I will leave around 8ish. But today it was completely different. I had to work through both shifts. I worked from 10:30 am till 8pm. I had only got to sit down for like 10 minutes durning that time when my sister came up to eat. My legs felt like they were going to fall off. When I got home finally my sister, brother, and I went to see the movie Norbit (which is extremely funny). Now that I am home I took a long hot shower and now am relaxing. My legs still hurt a lot. I have decided not to do any exercising tonight because I am too tired too. Tomorrow morning I will try and get my exercises in. I have to work tomorrow night from 4-10 and Sunday night from 4-9. So I have a busy weekend. Plus my sister is home from school so now I get to play catch up with her. Well I am going to go and get some well earned sleep. I hope all of you had a great day! Night all...sweet dreams.
 
Well this weekend has been a busy one. I had have workd 19 hours since Friday morning. I am beat. I haven't really worked out at all this weekend because I have been so tired from work and I wanted a little time to spend with my sister while she was home. Now I am studing for a Psych Exam that I "might" have tomorrow. I am not sure if my professor has moved it back a day or not. On top of that I sill have 4 sections of math homework to complete (most of it I don't understand right now) I have a math quiz on tuesday and then a Math exam on thursday. I have to work tuesday morning and I have to work again on friday and saturday...wow am I going to be busy. I might try and get some sittups in still tonight. I am waiting on the dryer to be done so I can make my bed (i washed my sheets/blankets today) Then it's off to bed. I do know that I did manage to get some sort of exercise this afternoon....I helped shovle the drive way and clear all the snow we have gotten in the past 2-3 days. That is a lot of work!

Well I am off to do some sittups and study for Psych. Night all! If you don't hear from me at all you know why....IT'S BECAUSE I AM SO DAMN BUSY! LOL

seems neverending but they are saying 40's and 50's coming our way this week yay finally get to get out and walk.Goodluck with the sittups and studying.Tammy
 
This week can end already and it has just started.....sighs...

Hey everybody! It is now 11:15pm...I have been up since 6:30 this morning...(i ended up hitting the snooze 3 times so instead of getting up at 6 I got up at 6:30 instead.) I went to school this morning after not getting a good nights sleep. I keep having these pains in my arms everyother night. Not sure if I just over work them or something before I got to bed or what. But the pain causes me to lay in bed at 4 in the morning rubbing sports cream on it hoping that the pain will supside. My first class went great. I had a quiz in that class and I aced it. :) I then when to the student lounge where I studied my ass off til 1:30 for my Psych exam. I actually thought I was well prepared for it this time around. But of course...my Professor decided to move the exam back another day due to not have class last week due to the blizzard. (this is a good thing...i get another day to study...but I was i dissappointed that i felt so prepared for it then i couldn't take it...oh well...till wednesday i guess lol. I got home today around 4pm. I took a little break from my school stuff and ate lunch/dinner. I had the house all to myself most of the evening (till 9ish) At 4:30 I started working on that math homework of mine that is due tomorrow night....I just now stopped working on it. I did take a few breaks from it so that I can take my mind off a complicated problem...but I have been working on my math homework pretty much all night. (from 4:30 ~ 11:00) THAT'S 6 1/2 HOURS!! OF SITTING AT THE TABLE AND DOING QUADRATIC FUNCTIONS!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

AND I AM STILL NOT DONE WITH IT!!! I had sections 6.1-6.5 to do. I am in the middle of 6.4. Luckily all the problems that we do are the odds and all the odd answers are in the back of the book (thank god). I plan to get up early tomorrow so that I can try and finish my homework before I got into work tomorrow morning. Who knows when I will get off. (can't work past 4 though...i leave by 4:30~4:45)

I have not done and exercising today...I have had no time for it at all. I did manage last night to do 200 sittups so add that to yesterdays exercise list along with the shoveling the snow off the driveway. Now I am just going to relax for a little while longer then go to bed.

Well I hope all of you have had a great day and are having a great night. And I hope none of you are as busy and crazy as I am at the moment.
