Are you doing 200 all together or is it a certain # with a minute rest between?
Also, are these all regular or do you do obliques in there somewhere too?
I do 40 then rest for a minute...I find it better to do it this way. I can keep my abs tight then for all 200 rather than just 100. They are all regular sittups. Although I should throw in a few obliques.
