Are you doing 200 all together or is it a certain # with a minute rest between?

Also, are these all regular or do you do obliques in there somewhere too?

I do 40 then rest for a minute...I find it better to do it this way. I can keep my abs tight then for all 200 rather than just 100. They are all regular sittups. Although I should throw in a few obliques.
 
Hope you're having a great day. I made it to 300 sit-ups last night. My son is loving the ride he gets with the reverse curls. LOL. Hoping to bump it up again tonight.

Always welcome! You'll get through your tough times. I am going through some of the same things right now. Not quite eating right...but I am trying to kick my workout up so that it will make up for it. When I have my tough times I always think of one of my favorite quotes. "Without struggle there can be no progress". This keeps me going during hard times. I know that this won't be easy. But if you struggle with something and keep at it eventually you will progress. So you hang in there girl! We can and we will do this!

120 regular sittups w/ 4lb medicine balL

That's all I have done so far today. I have been working on my homework all afternoon and cleaning the house with my mom.

***If you look at my last post I had arleady done 200 sittups today! So my grand total for the day is.....600!!! woot!

~20 (1 rep) w/ medicine ball up and down behind my head
~40 (2 reps of 20) throwing the medicine ball up and catching it while laying on the gymball
~20 (1 rep) butt ups
~Various toning rope exercises (20 in each rep. did each rep once)
~40 (2 reps of 20) inner thigh squeezes
~20 push ups w/ gymball
~15 minute walking mile DVD


I did all of this in the past hour and a 1/2.

Hey all. I finally am home and sitting down. I have been at work from 9:30 till 4:30 this afternoon. And today was a busy day up at work. My feet are killing me. There is a home boys basketball game tonight. I am going with my family and cheering on my old high school's team. I haven't done any exercising yet today. I hope I will have the time to do it tonight. Well I am going to go relax for a while. Cya all later!

lol nah rather not....for me the cheerleaders just get in the way...(sorry for any cheerleaders out there) I like cheerleaders I really do...but personally the court is for the basketball players during warm ups not for the cheerleaders. The cheerleaders have their own seperate place to do warm ups but they don't use it (atleast here it is like that). But me there is no way I would stand down there next to those skinny minies.
 
I sure did...damn what a game...we won 48-39...the refs didn't help us out at all...but hey that's highschool b-ball for ya. My throat hurts now and my voice is horse thanks to all that wonderful advice that I had to share with the officials.:) Right now I am exercising...I will post my exercises in a little bit.

:) glad I could be of service. you'll love the gymball...it's such a great thing. i'm addicted to it. I am sitting on it right now while at my desk instead of using a chair...my dad says just by sitting on it you will strengthen your core...or something like that.

I haven't done them in a while. I find it is very hard for me to do pilates.

I didn't exercise at all yesterday. I wasn't feeling well at all...and I was so tired from work. Last night I couldn't sleep. I was so sore. I had to get up every 2 hours and stretch. I am hoping to go to the chiropracter(spelling) this week. My neck and shoulders hurt so badly and I know some of my exercise isn't going to help it.
