Good evening all! Today was my weigh in day...but my time of the month is just now ending...so I'm moving my weigh in to tomorrow/wednesday just so that any extra water weight from it won't affect my weigh in. I am not sure how my weigh in will be. This past week as been crazy! For the first 2 days I did my sittups and other exercises but then I feel behind due to work and school. After tomorrow things should slow back down. Heck I might even do some sittups tonight still. I did manage to do 200 last night...atleast I am doing something. My Psych exam is tomorrow so after tomorrow afternoon things should slow back down some. I do have to work friday and saturday night. but I am not working in the morning friday which will give me time. And I think I have this sunday off too. So I think finding the time will be easier than it was this past week.
Is it just me or has the past 5 weeks gone by so damn fast! I am now in week 6!! I think this is the longest I have stuck with a diet and exercise plan. Maybe because it's working!! lol
Well I am going to do some more studying and exercise a little bit before bed. Night all!
