Well I have met that 200 challenge already. I will do my other 200 later on tonight. I think all of you should make a challenge every week with sittups. Increase it like by 50-100 a week and stop when you think you are doing enough. I probably should increase mine to 600. lol
 
i am going to do at least 10 every morning. just going to see how many i can do before i am knackered!

great...gotta start somewhere...do you have a gym ball?? If you do I would recamend using it while you do sittups. Makes them easier in a way so that you can do more. just a thought.:)
 
yeah i bought my dad one for xmas ! :)
someones gotto use it :rolleyes:
he begged for one and told me how much bed use it and he hasnt even blown it up yet. tsk

Guess it's not really a Challenge to you, until I reach 400. Or have you now switched TO 600?

Ok I know it's been almost 2 days since I last posted but my internet hasn't been working. It is finally back up and running!!! :D
Yesterday was weigh-in day. I only had dropped a pound but that's ok. My exercising is still not to my daily routines. But this week I am going to hit a home run with it. This is week 4 which means the end of my first month is coming...gotta make a strong finish!....and start for month 2!



EXERCISES SO FAR FOR THE DAY:

200 sittups w/ 4lb medicine ball
various toning rope exercises

Well I am going to do that walking DVD...be back later!

Me an athlete?? not since junior high...lol. Ya the 15 minute mile thing is the time of the workout session on the DVD. I'm sure if I would throw out my gym ball there would be no way I could be doing 400 sittups.

might take my sittups up to 600...
 
Are you doing 200 all together or is it a certain # with a minute rest between?

Also, are these all regular or do you do obliques in there somewhere too?
