I'm loving these ball exercises!

Where are you finding them all?

Well I got this kit at Walden's Book Store...which is owned by Borders. It's called "Simply Gym Ball Weight Loss Workout". The kit came with a book of many different exercises and strecthes. And it has some recipies in the back of the book to. It also comes with a gymball and a dvd with a 31 minute exercise program...includes warm up, toning, strenght, and streching exercises.
 
ohmydays you are doing so weell - i havent stopped by here for about two weeks - i think the last time i did we were talkin about you maybe usin a med ball for you evening sit ups. and now look at all these fancy exercises you are doing. get you girl!

:) Ya I know..and guess what! I got a medicine ball now...using that with my sittups...thanks for the tip!!
 
Good Morning everyone! What a cold day it is it is -0 with a -26 Wind chill!!! I thought that stupid ground hog didn't see his shadow so spring is just around the courner!!! I think I might sew! this isn't right. It hasn't been this cold around here in years!!! Well I am going to go take a shower...maybe that will warm me up!
 
400 sit ups ??? omfg !! just wow !!

400? I might be able to do 10 ;)

Ya I know I amaze myself with 400! I don't do them all in one shot though. I do 40 then rest for a minute then continue...till I have 400. I am now doing them with a 4lb medicine ball. Before when I would be on the ground doing sittups I couldn't stand to do them because they would hurt my back and they were just too darn hard. but now that I am using a gym ball it is so much easier.

I wish I was at home. I'm dying to sew up a new bag today, you know after I walk this arse off on the treadmill for a while.

lol first off i think you mis understood me...i might have used the wrond spelling of sue/sew??? i have no clue...i wish i knew had to sew that would be cool. But now i want to sue the ground hop for lieing about not seeing a shadow!! lol

That would be my lifetime total :(

wait then how are you getting those abs of your without doing sittups??? you must tell me your secret!!
 
Jenny, are yours full sit-ups or are they crunches? I wish I could do as many as you are doing!!!

WAY 2 GO!

If I was on the ground doing them they would be crunches. I can never pull myself all the way up. But With the gym ball I can do full sittups. So ya they are full sittups.
 
Good Morning...actually....Good Afternoon!!! It's yet again another cold cold day here in northwestern ohio. Not as cold as it was yesterday but still very cold. It is 1F with a -16F windchill this morning. They weather people are calling for 1-2inches of snow tomorrow through tomorrow night. Oh how I would give anything for the high 30's right now....sighs...
 
I want warm. -21 here today, -23 with the wind chill.

I need to get back on track with my abs. I was doing 200/day. All different types, to focus on different areas on the abs. I will aim for 200 tonight, and strive to hit that mark every night this week. If I go wild, I'll add an additional 20/night.

Do I hear challenge? :rolleyes: :p
