Thanks everyone for your support. It has been a very trying couple of months. I don't want to give up. I will keep trying to lose. It's kind of weird - some days I feel great, and some days I feel just as big and bloated as I was before I lost the weight. I don't get it.
Thought I would give the Sacred Heart Diet a shot. Wishes did well with it. I will expect a bit of a gain back, but it could be the motivation of the scale going down that helps me get back on track. I'm not fond of tomatoes, so hopefully I'm able to get the soup down. Not too sure how I will fair on the day with beef and tomatoes. But hey, it's only 1 week. I can torture myself for one week. Maybe I'll find a new love for tomatoes
Anyhow, TGIW. Trying to stick with the points. Didn't do too badly yesterday, and I already have my meals planned for today. Should be able to come in around 19 pts, with 1-6pts to spare.
I need to get back into the walking routine. The weather here has been so hit and miss, it has been discouraging. This weekend is supposed to be beautiful, so I'm hoping to get the same sorts of activities in, as I did last weekend. We will be heading back to Tot Gym tomorrow night. It has been cancelled the last 2 weeks, so my son is realy looking forward to getting back.
Breakfast: oatmeal, black coffee - 3pts;
Lunch: tuna - 2pts;
Supper: Alpine melt, corn, noodles - 13pts;
Snack: apple - 1pt.
