research
Definitely do some research, and maybe talk to your doc about what calorie range you should shoot for to lose weight but also maintain milk production.
FYI - I use www.calorieking.com for most of my food look-ups. They have all kinds of foods, from fast food to veggies and everything in between! I also use websites from the fast food places or restaurants where we eat - if they have the nutrition info available online. If you are already logging your food for W.W., you could just look up what you ate at the end of the day and see how it adds up for a week or two. That would give you a good idea of how many calories you are eating now. Just remember to measure and log everything so you get a true count.
