Hey Jenna,
I know how u feel, its harder being larger in a school of stick thin people! I know its hard but staring at the scale is probably not the best way to do this. I know I am one for compulsive scale watching, maybe try to limit yourself to once a day! As for the eating thing, maybe if you dont want to eat massively more food try eating more fruits and vegetables, which are good for your body and low in calories, because the blackout thing doesnt sound too healthy. Maybe if you want a buddy we can help each other stay on track or feel free to pm me anytime. Laura x
 
Hey! Thanks for the comment on my journal. I've been doing the same method as you, eating very few calories. And I've been losing about a pound a day. We should be weight loss buddies. I feel the same way you do, if I could just do this until I reach my goal weight, then I can slowly bring my calorie allotment back up. It's so hard to lose weight slowly, it feels more motivational to see the weight come off faster, to know that every time you refuse dessert, it makes a difference. I've never felt that way before.

I understand everything you're saying. I want to be hot, too!

BTW, what's your height?

Onward to the 160's! We can do it!

Hi :)

Congrats on the weight loss....but you so need to be careful....If you limit your body to much #1 you'll start start eating more and gain more weight. Not only that though #2, your body will go into survival mode and start hording calories and body fat to survive, then you will have to eat less.

I definitely think you should up to several small meals a day. There are several sites that have great methods of setting up meal plans, that will help you stay within whatever caloric intake you wish!

AHH HELLO EVERYONE!! :D I haven't wrote in a day or two..Weighed in this morning at 175!! WOOOT!! I have just decided i'm getting my belly button pierced when I get to 120...a diamondish looking one that adriana lima has persae? I want to look HOT in that bikini man! I also need to start working on a tan!:p

WELL not much to write in here except 1 more pound until i've lost 40! WOOT!:D
 
Oh no..the family wants to make christmas cookies tomorrow :confused: This can't be good...I bet i'm going to put some weight on over christmas due to temptations...I guess i'll just fit my exercise in there so I can maintain at least...and try not to OVEREAT on goodies.

Who decided that Christmas was a big eatting fest I wonder?
 
UGHH.

I haven't been doing too well lately. I've been hanging around 166-169 for about a month and im getting annoyed!!

Does it start to get harder after you've lost a lot of weight?

I have decided to write my meals out every day. I've been making too much trips through mcdonalds so that's probably holding me back.

WATER! I haven't been drinking a lot does that really play a huge role in weight loss?

WELLLL...Hopefully I can get back on the loss track. Summers approaching fast...:p
 
nooooo don't go so little. Body can't survive on that and you will go into survival mode, because your body will think it is being starved and will hang onto every calorie even harder. Try stick to about 1200 MINIMUM perhaps. Just my thoughts. Body doesn't like to be totally starved, it slows your metabolism! Good luck, and remember the main thing is that YOU feel hot!

!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so happy when I woke up this morning...went into my bathroom...undressed and STEPPED ON THE SCALE AND..164!!!!

WOOOOHOOOO!! Finally thats my 50 POUNDS! 50 POUNDS GONE FOR GOOD!
I am so happy and oh what a great day I am having!
