Jenna's weight loss diary! Here I go again...

Hello all! I have found myself on this site many times since 2006. I went from 214 pounds, to 147.5 pounds. A size 16 to a size 8. I met a boyfriend whom I have been with for over 2 years now. I have now climbed back to 197 pounds, and am a VERY TIGHT size 12 (I refuse to buy 14's again lol). I really could cry that I let this happen to myself again. So now, I am starting another journey in hopes to be 150 pounds again.

My regimen consists of

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday an hour of walking on the treadmill (about 420 calories)

I go to school and work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so I am beat by the time I get home so I am thinking instead of not working out all all, just doing maybe a half hour on those days.

I am trying to better my eatting also. Starting tomorrow, I will log my food and exercise. I am just waiting for my iPod to charge up right now and then I am heading to the treadmill!!!

Today I got on the scale and it said 193.8! Doing good so far... today i had kashi golean crunch cereal, and for lunch a chicken salad on a pocket pita. I also had a few pieces of easter candy lol. ill check in later!!!
 
Its 8:00 here..just got done with work and supper. Now getting ready to go up to the treadmill in a few minutes...I can't find the motivation right now =(
 
Generally when i dont have the motivation and i know i have to jump on the cross trainer i put on a really good movie i forget about what my body is doing
 
Thanks for the info!! I actually mustered up the energy to get my butt upstairs yesterday for an hour! I was happy with myself. I figured the time will pass anyway so why not make it a good hour instead of a lazy couch potato hour lol. I weighed in at 193.4 this morning, which was only a .4 pound weight loss which disappointed me a little since i worked my butt off last night!! Oh well, at least the number is down and not up! I will check in later weight loss buddies!
 
WOW! This morning I hit 192.4! I am thrilled!!! And its nice and sunny out...what could make this day any better??!? A nice massage!! And that is exactly what I am doing in 2 more hours :) For breakfast today I am having some special k vanilla almond cereal and an orange. After this I am hitting the treadmill for a little!
