well I guess since no-one comments on this I can make it more of a personal journal, write whatever I want and not worry about who see's it!
just kidding... well I didnt do great yesterday, I feel bloated today
hoping I can kick start the rest of the week right. I also havnt been doing well on veggies and fruits...
I'm stressed out because of school and my lack of motivation. I cant seem to get myself to sit down and study. I am very interested in the information and topics at hand, I just dont know where the uninterest is coming from. Maybe because I dont have teachers to report to or its not disciplined enough, I dont know grrr.
well one week until October which means I still have about 5 weeks to lose 6 pounds, I hope I can get myself motivated in the next few days to get back on track.
