Well I figure I may as well start a journal so I can keep track of what I eat/how much I exercise a bit better.

So, today I went biking for an hour and a half this morning(kind of, my crank came off nearing the end :cuss: ) and today I ate

Lean Chicken Breast - 110 Calories
Nectarine - 70 Calories
hot dog - 250 Calories
steak(really small) - 150 Calories
side ceasar salad - 200 Calories
half an ear of corn - 60 Calories

Total for the day - 840 calories

got up late today(as usual cause of my work) and went out biking for 45 min. For breakfast/lunch I had

Chicken Breast - 200 Calories
Cream of Mushroom soup - 60 Calories
Brown Rice - 70 Calories

for dinner I had

Steak - 300 Calories
Pasta salad - 100 Calories
Ceasar Salad - 170 Calories
Half an ear of corn - 60 Calories

Calorie total for the day - 960 Calories

Also went biking for about 25 min after work today

How much do you weigh? You need to get that protein way up. The food looks good besides the lack of protein.
 
Depends what your body fat is, to be honest. I would go with no less than 160g a day though for your weight, regardless of body fat.
 
Well today has consisted of a 1 hour walk and 4 hours of work... 10 more hours of work to go. So today I ate

2 Bananas - 210 Calories
4 Pickles - 20 Calories
6 Perogies - 330 Calories
Lean Chicken Breast - 110 Calories
Milk - 150 Calories

Total for the day - 920 Calories

well, got off work early today! so i went and golfed 18 holes after

well today was a 35 min bike ride and my food consuption was

Lean chicken Breast - 110 Calories
Banana - 105 Calories
Salad - 300 Calories(not too sure...)
Hot dog(I know... lol) - 250 Calories

Total - 665 Calories

maybe I'll go find something to bump my total up a bit...
 
Well didn't get a chance to go biking today but I went out golfing a couple holes, and my food intake today was

Sloppy Joe - 450 Calories
BLT - 350 Calories
Banana - 105 Calories
Burger - 500 Calories

Total - 1405 Calories

well, I was starting to feel like I haven't made any progress for a long time(didn't take a before photo) and then suddenly I had like 5 people ask me in about a week :D . anyways, so today I had

Lean chicken Breast - 110 Calories
Veggie Soup - 300 Calories(More of an estimate)
Turkey Burger - 390 Calories
Banana - 105 Calories

Total - 905 Calories
 
well, it would appear I've hit a plateau. I'm just hoping it goes away quickly

not to sure what today's gonna look like nutrition wise. Gonna go out to lunch with a friend of mine, so I'm thinking subway...
