Jeff's Diary

Anyway, things are good, and I am feeling great
There's your momentum! Keep referring to how great you feel, how much you like the results.

Great job steering clear of temptation at the game!

Wow, can't believe it is Monday already. It was a good weekend, walked both days, 2 miles each day. Ate good, had some scallops and talapia last night, 6" turkey sub on wheat with mustard and lettuce for lunch, got plenty of veggies and fruits in, yogurt for breakfast, and lots of water and a glass of milk. Went shopping last night and have meals planned for the week. Busy week planned, working from home this morning and then heading to the garage to get some work down on the car. Gym is next to the garage so I may head there for the first time in a while since it is going to rain here in a bit. Very cool out today too. House is a bit cold and I refuse to turn the heat on.

Have a great day everyone.

I broke down and turned the heat on last night. It was cold and damp in the house and had to be done. Still raining but supposed to clear out this afternoon. Yesterday was tough, lots of cravings. But I survived. It is tough working from home because everything is here. Luckily there is not much here to ruin it for me. Didn't make it to the garage so I didn't make it to the gym. Today instead. I made a meatloaf last night that tasted pretty good. Some lean beef, caramelized onions, egg whites, garlic, bread crumbs, some other spices. Had some mashed cauliflower mixed with a couple potatoes and garlic as well. Very good. Weigh in tomorrow, feeling good.

I weighed in yesterday. I was down 1.8 for the week. Got a 2 mile walk in yesterday and I am going to do a longer one today. Been battling some craves but have been dealing with it except for that handful or two of cheezits on Tuesday. But all is well. busy day ahead so I need to run.
