I'm only 29 but feel as though I have been dieting ever since I can remember. I am down to a healthy weight but feel like there is a layer of flab that moves against me
. I know that exercise is the key, but I work nights and often lack the motivation to make the necessary changes to achieve my desired results.
My goals:
1) Focus on weight training to help tighten and sculpt
2) Work out 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each day
3) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day!
I know that I can do this, I just get so discouraged at times because I want things to happen in a few days rather than taking the time to really allow things to happen!
