Jean's Diary

I'm only 29 but feel as though I have been dieting ever since I can remember. I am down to a healthy weight but feel like there is a layer of flab that moves against me:eek: . I know that exercise is the key, but I work nights and often lack the motivation to make the necessary changes to achieve my desired results.

My goals:

1) Focus on weight training to help tighten and sculpt

2) Work out 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each day

3) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day!

I know that I can do this, I just get so discouraged at times because I want things to happen in a few days rather than taking the time to really allow things to happen!

Wish me luck!

Hi! I'm kinda in the same boat as you... healthy weight but want to shift the flab. I'm with you on the being impatient front as well... Anyway, good luck!! :)

Hey blue butterfly. I try to keep a diary online and written to direct my workouts and healthy eating plan. I'm a nurse, worked 12 hours last night and still hit the gym.

What do you do to stay motivated?
