Jean's before, in between, and FINALLY after thread. :) (211 to 145!)

You look so happy and glowy! (I don't think glowy's a word but you get the point, haha.

You're so lucky you've still got your boobs. I've not even gotten to my goal weight yet and mine are so much smaller than they used to be. I know they're just breasts but I miss filling out my bra.

Anyway, you look great babe.

Awe, thank you so much. He he, glowy is a word in my dictionary. :)

Actually, the only place that I didn't lose weight was in my boobs.

I started out at a 38D, and I'm still a 38D!

It kind of upset me at first, because I wasn't able to wear cute form fitting shirts because my chest would always stretch them out.

And, I still can't wear shirts like that. I'm getting used to it, but I can't say that it isn't hard to find the right clothes for my body. :)

Wow you have done so well!

I am the same height as you but totally stuck around 160. Did you struggle to loose the last few lb? if you have any tips they would be much appreciated!

Thanks! :)

To be completely honest, the last 20 pounds were what took the longest for me, but it was because I got really lazy with it.

I'm 140 lb right now, and because of my laziness, those last 5 pounds took 2 months. He he.

If you're trying really hard, and not getting anywhere, you may have hit a plateau.

Especially if you've been stuck at 160 for a few weeks.

Plateaus are the worst, but if you know what to do, they're really easy to get through.

I hit my plateau around 155, and I was stuck there for over a month. Finally, I did something about it.

I completely changed my diet. One day I'd eat 1,200 calories, the next, I'd have 1,500. I mixed it up everyday for a week, and before I knew it, I was right back on track.

Don't let it discourage you. You can do it! :)

Congratulations on your weight loss! I also have similar stats to you, so you are a real inspiration to me! You should be really proud of your success!!! :hurray:
