Well I'm going to start writing down my meals and workouts. It cant hurt right
... Plus I feel like I dont have enough variety in my foods or something.
Monday, October 1
7:30 -2 eggs 2 pieces of wheat bread
10:30-Can tuna, 1.25 servings of manderine oranges
12:30 -2 regular peanut butter sandwiches wheat bread
3:30-1.25 servings of manderine oranges
7:30 -steak, brownrice w/ greenpepper
Tuesday Oct. 02
7:30 -oatmeal w/ 1 bananna and whey protein shake
10:30 -Can Tuna
12:30 -Steak, strawberries
4:00 -Chicken Breast , brown rice w/ green pepper soy sauce
7:00 -turkey breast sandwich w/ celery w/ natural peanut butter
Weds Oct 03
7:30Oatmeal W/ 1 bananna and some strawberries with Whey protein
10:30Turkey Breast Sandwich on wheat
12:30chicken Breast, Celery
At 3:30 going to hav another Turkey Breast sandwich on wheat
Dont know what im goign to do for the last meal yet
any tips on what else I can really eat? Are the protein bars good enough to count as a meal? Tey are kind of expensive Ithink. The oatmeal is so bland!!! It was alittle better though when I put some fruit in it. And how long do people cook their brown rice? I cooked it for about 45 minutes and it was mushy
and very bland also!
