Well I'm going to start writing down my meals and workouts. It cant hurt right:)... Plus I feel like I dont have enough variety in my foods or something.


Monday, October 1
7:30 -2 eggs 2 pieces of wheat bread

10:30-Can tuna, 1.25 servings of manderine oranges

12:30 -2 regular peanut butter sandwiches wheat bread

3:30-1.25 servings of manderine oranges

7:30 -steak, brownrice w/ greenpepper

Tuesday Oct. 02
7:30 -oatmeal w/ 1 bananna and whey protein shake

10:30 -Can Tuna

12:30 -Steak, strawberries

4:00 -Chicken Breast , brown rice w/ green pepper soy sauce

7:00 -turkey breast sandwich w/ celery w/ natural peanut butter

Weds Oct 03

7:30Oatmeal W/ 1 bananna and some strawberries with Whey protein

10:30Turkey Breast Sandwich on wheat

12:30chicken Breast, Celery

At 3:30 going to hav another Turkey Breast sandwich on wheat

Dont know what im goign to do for the last meal yet:(

any tips on what else I can really eat? Are the protein bars good enough to count as a meal? Tey are kind of expensive Ithink. The oatmeal is so bland!!! It was alittle better though when I put some fruit in it. And how long do people cook their brown rice? I cooked it for about 45 minutes and it was mushy:( and very bland also!
 
Workout Session.

Monday Oct. 01
Upper Body Split
-run for 10 minutes to get heart rate up.
-Pushup 3x15
-Hammer Curls 3x10
-clean and jerks 3x10
-Deadlifts 3x10
-Butterflies(i think they are called)3x10
-Benchpress 3x10
-I did another thing but I'm not sure if there is a name for it, I bring the dumbell over my head and press it then slowly take it down to the opposite side by the waist and bring it back up. 3x10

I know it doesnt seem like much but I'm horrible at designing a workout:) Will work lower body thursday. Post any tips if or criticism if you wnat.

you're not eating enough. do you know how many calories you are consuming per day? or how many you should be? store bought protein bars are full of sugar and other garbage.. dont waste your money. 45 mins usually works fine for me. try using chicken broth and not just water.

what are your stats and goals?
 
well right now im around 190-195lbs, 5'9, and 23 years old. My goal is to lose 20-25 lbs to be at about 170.

I just started this and I'm already horrible at it:11doh: I figured my calories to be around 2100-2200 a day, but I never counted them up yet so I'm probably coming up short. Is there a website that you know right off the top of your head that says nutrition values? If not no biggie I can dig for one just thought I'd ask.

I guess the biggest reason I'm not eating much is I dont know what to eat:yelrotflmao: I know healthy things like Oats, Natural PB, Chicken,(dotn like much fish going to try salmon soon though) but thats about it. I dont have much variety to work with yet. I'm working on learning though!

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I am taking one fish oil tablet a day and one flaxsee oil tablet.

8:00 pm - 2 Ham sandwiches, celery, and some cottage cheese

Thurs Oct. 04

8:00 AM - Oatmeal W/ Raspberries and Whey Protein

10:45 AM - Turkey Sandwich W/ mozzerella and cottage Cheese

Probably going to go alittle overboard tonight though.. the wife wants to go our for our 4 month anniversary.. but I'm sure wherever we go will have something good to eat

Well I forgot to put my diet on here over the weekend:( But I ate pretty good other than saturday night! Went over to my brothers for a osu party and had a couple of beer and some taco soup that had to be about 2000 calories by itself:yelrotflmao: so anyways... Ill just start with today since I cant remember everything I had yesterday

Monday Oct. 8

7:30 Oatmeal w/ raspberries and Whey Protein shake

10:45 Small Bowl of spaghetti(I love that stuff)

12:30 2 shredded chicken sandwiches

Will finally get another day in the gym today too!
