I am kinda scared mine is going to be alot different from you guys'. But I am going to put it on here anyway because I am trying to structure my thoughts with all this..
Okay so here is today so far:
FOOD:

breakfast - 1 packet of instant oatmeal (100)
1/2 cup skim milk (45)
lunch- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (35)
okay well its 1:30 now .
So if I get hungry later I'll probably have a packet of oatmeal with water instead of milk. so another (100)
EXERCISE:

30 minutes of straight speed jump rope
30 minutes of hard stationary bike
10 minutes of hard calisthenics
5 minutes stretching
GOALS:

height 5'2.5"
current weight 120
highest weight 205
goal weight 112 by April 4th 2006
