Hey Janvier - good to see your updates and awesome weekend!! I loved the quote "different breed of sore" regarding the Px90. I called my sister again last night to make sure she remembers to burn me a copy! One month of that before my wedding should get me ready for sure! I'm especially interested in the upper strength section.
That's so cool about the crush and calling you HOT - of course he did though!! Look at you!!
Are you feeling good about keeping it going all week? How many sleeps now till Vegas? 11 sleeps till my bachelorette so it's time to work really hard and be really good!! I know you can do it too and be back in the 120's this week so just keep pushing!! Take care and keep it up girl!!

lol, thank you! I was so excited to hear that he thinks I'm hot, I was shocked too. I agree that friendship is a good plan for now, we'll see how that goes.

I think a month before your wedding is going to be perfect for your P90X to do some serious toning...hopefully it won't make you so sore that you are limping down the aisle lol. I think you will do great with the upper strengh, your already so strong and you already have great arms so it will make them pefect for your dress. I had to go buy heavier dumbells because I wasn't feeling a burn and he said it should be burning- I was using 5 lbs so I bought 8 lbs this weekend and I felt the burn big time last night.

I am feeling pretty good about doing well all week, I just wish I wasn't so sore first thing in the morning because I really want to do the stepper in the morning but I may need to rest my body just for this week and then I have to get back into my morning routine. 40 whole more sleeps until Vegas, it sounds like a lot but I know time will fly by and its the pefect amount of time to work hard, get great results and make sure I look and feel great in my bikini. I will have to post before and after bikini pics after my trip. I am so excited for your bachelorette, you are going to get to your goal and look amazing I know it!

I know my arms are getting stronger and more toned but I still hate the damn stretch marks all over them! I have tried everything except lazer surgery but I can't afford that. It's the first thing I see when I wear anything sleeveless of short sleeved. I just keep thinking that if I got them looking really really toned that would be all people notice instead of the marks - idk I just wish I wouldn't have ruined my body at such an early age and only waited until now to try to fix it.
I think it's a good idea to stay off the stepper in the mornings until you aren't as sore - you don't want to over do it! Plus you are already doing so much so as long as your eating is good you won't need to do more.
I'm going shopping next week for a new outfit to wear out that night so I'm just going to keep thinking about that the next 10 days! I know you will look stunning in that bikinni and guys will be falling in the pool if they see you! I can picture it now they are walking and all of a sudden they notice you and they can't keep their eyes off and splash in the pool they go, lol!!

Yesterday went well,

The only thing I ate that I didn't plan to was a dehydrated fruit bar (90 calories and 0.5g of fat), I ate it on my way home from work because I was falling alseep driving- I really need to get to bed wayyy earlier. If I had remembered that I had gum in my purse I would of just chewed some. Anyway it wasn't bad at all. I took a long nap when I got home after dinner and then did P90, it was chest, shoulders and triceps, It was the first one I really struggled through, there was soooo many push-ups and different styles of them and on top of my body aching I just suck at push-ups so I wasn't able to do very many at all and it was getting frustrating, so instead of just standing around I decided to to some squats and arm curls while they were doing push-ups. I guess tried and did my best. Today is going well, I am sticking to my meals and want to watch Jillian Michael's new show tonight, hopefully I will hop on the stepper during in and do my P90 after that. Here is what my meals look like:

Breakfast: 1 packet of instant oatmeal with a 1/4 cup of frozen peaches and ff yogurt

Snack: 1 1/2 cups of cantolope and 3/4 cup of dry cheerios

Lunch: small salad (lettuce and "broccoli slaw") and uncle bens bisto express

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Lean cusine, sautteed mushrooms and cabbage

Workout: stepper and P90X

Hey I wrote above too if you didn't see it because you were posting. I hate push-ups too and I'm getting better at them since doing kettle bell. I think I can do like 10 men style ones in a row which is way more than when I started. I could barely do one before - I just always did the girl style but wanted to try the men's and it's so not even comparable! Good work doing something else instead of shutting it off and giving up!
I want to watch Jillian's new show too but it's on too late - I like to get to bed before 10:30 pm! I couldn't imagine working out 10-11pm and then doing Px90!! You should just do your workouts as soon as you get home and then go to bed early instead of having a nap - just an idea though. I used to watch Parent Hood on Tuesdays after the biggest loser and it was during that hour that I snacked the most and ruined my day so now I just have some tea and get to bed. Let me know how it is! Oh my dad told me he is getting a PVR from a friend so hopefully in the next couple weeks I will be able to tape it and watch it the next day!

Hey Janvier! I just got caught up on your dairy. You've been doing so good. A couple of people at my job are doing PX90 and they cry about how hard it is and half of them gave up after the first 2 days of it. So you are doing so great by hanging in there. One of my co-works is in her 4th week of it and her body has transformed so much already, it's so unreal...... I think I want to try it the week that I'm off work. Well I gotta run, keep up the good work!
Oh, I almost forgot......great update on the crush. I think you have the right idea about being friends. It sounds like he has a little drama going on in his life so I'm sure he can appreciate a good friend. Great things can come from good friendships.

I'm back! Its been so long since I have posted and I am really sorry. I am fine, thank you for those who were really worried. Work has been insanely busy, last week I couldn't find one spare moment to update, my boss has been around me 24/7. Since work was so crazy last week I didn't do great, I was too exhuasted to work out when I would get home from work and I ate a few things I should of stayed away from but I have done much worse in the past and I am just ready to do well from now until my trip to Vegas which is now 33 days away I think which is a great amount of time to kick my own butt and really look and feel great by the time my trip rolls around. Yesterday my work was closed for the day and I had great intentions of eating super well and working out but I didn't do much of either- But I did manage to get a lot of sleep and get up at 6:30am this morning to get on my stepper! I did 31 minutes and burned 400 calories! I felt great about that and plan to have a great day today. Here is what it looks like:

6:30am- 31 minutes stepper

Breakfast: ff yogurt and 1 1/2 cups of cantalope

Snack: 1 cup of dry cheerios

Lunch: Uncle bens bistro express

Snack: banana and cucumber slices

Dinner: steamed veggies and lean cusine

Workout: walk around the track and P90X


I am going to be trying my best everyday to do my updates, I'm hoping this week isn't as crazy at work as last week was. Thank you all for checking up on me.

That makes me feel great That I have not given up on P90X when others have given up after 2 days. I can see why they do but I can already see my body getting stronger. You should try it for sure, it is quite a workout. I need to get caught up on your diary.

Lisa I am so sorry! I didn't want to worry you, its my crazy job! I work at a hospital so there are always sick people and sometimes it gets overwhelming and I get no time to relax. I missed you like crazy too! I kept wondering how you were doing with your 10 perfect days. I didn't do great last week but I am ready to work hard this week. I am looking forward to getting caught up on your dairy and chatting with you. Thank you so much for checking up on me and being worried! Your a great friend!

Hi Njoyabl, Thanks for checking up on me. P90X is going well for the most part, I have missed a few days here and there and I have 2 more workouts to go until I start all over again so I am looking foward to that. It isn't as hard as I thought it would be. I will do better at updating this week.
