I know how you feel! It is so hard once you get those cravings in your system again and you become comfortable with yourself that you lose your motivation to say no. I have gained 10 pounds since my shag and totally feel it everywhere! It's time to stop and take action and start tracking again! I noticed you wrote down your food log for a couple days and we need to start doing that again every day! I think we all go through times when we sort of give up to say but it just makes us stronger for next time. I'm feeling the strength come back and it really helps to see strong people like you getting it done every day! We know how good it feels to be eating healthy and exercising daily so let's do it - no more saying it. It's Monday and plenty of time to have a great week so let's kick some butt and get those pounds off for good this time!

I ate it and put the rest in the garbage...I was so close to not cheating.
...then to top it off I finally got home and had two huge bowls of cereal so that was annoying and i went to sleep extra full and uncomfortable.
