Canadian- I have no idea girl, I cudn sleep untill 5am today! And then I wokeup early too. My sleep pattern is messed. Atleast I dont have school ! SO YAYPEEE!!!!!!!

That's really surprising. Can you tell me more about your lifestyle? Means, what else you do apart from exercising 2 hours a day?

With this rate, you'll shed that extra 20 kgs before diwali.

Oh whoops, I didn't see the post above where you SAID what happened. My bad, lol. That woman sounds horrible...sorry you had to deal with her snarky comments. Hopefully instead of just making you feel bad about yourself it will motivate you! I agree with Anand. :)
 
Okay, the FREAKIST thing happened today!! But I'm pretty sure something is wrong!! I lost 1 pound after my workout lol from my original weight in the mornin!! WTF!! lol, I dont weigh myself everyday...I weigh myself SOMETIMES randomly!! Today I was being pissy and decided to weigh myself...and I lost 1 pound in a few hrs of exersize!! But it cud be water weight maybe??? Dunno!

I went NUTS at the gym today, OH MY GOD! OUT OF CONTROLL!

OKay here is what I did!!

- Stepping Machine (60min)= -460 weepeee this is my personal best calorie count on a stepper machine. I worked at resistance 8-10 switching often when my legs wud really really hurt.

- Les mills body combat (60min)= - 500 [my endurance is rocket high, and I am definately one of the hardest working ppl in the class...three weeks of working out does SO MUCH for your edurance, and I'm a living proof]

- ABT training (60min)= -500 {WAY MORE PROBABLY, SO INTENSE!!!!!!!}...this class offered by the gym is INSANELY hard! I worked to my very best, it was very challenging. six diff workouts, each workout for 2 min. x3 in total. OMFG, its NUTS!..squats, lunges, running back and forth, pushups, crunches, weights. If I had to choose one workout for my lowerbody+torso...Id go to this one! Works probably so much better than any form of cardio

Les Mills BODY BALANCE= -300 <- I'm not really sure about this number. This is a yoga based class. But it has pilates and yoga combined. Its very challenging, I pushed myself to the core. I'm pretty sure I burnt more than 300, but '300' is the lowest value I found in a website talking abt calories burnt during this particular class. I'd like to bet I burnt the least, as it was my first time with this class. I didnt do the advanced options, like I do for my combat classes and hiphop dance classes! But Oh well!! The ab exersizes in particular were really hard. The intensity is high as the workout is SLOW. so imagine...spending shit loads of time and concentration doing a particular twisting crunch. However u dont get to bring ure head back down!! so ure abdominals stay consistantly TENSE. It BURNS!!...It was really awesome this class!!!


@Anand= Hey Anand, I know I'm droppin weight realllly fast! Obv especially at the start as I probably had some water retention. Then I am also working out at an average of 2hrs daily. Often 3 hrs and more. And I do high intensity and challenging workouts. I've been doing this for nearly a month..... although I'm no where near being slim, I'm getting fitter in terms of HOW MUCH exersize I can take.

Obviously, it is not practical for anyone to workout as much as I do, I'm on holidays...so I want to make the most out of this opportunity to loose as much as I can before I head back to university! =) I know I can loose a bunch more. I KNOW loosing weight this fast is NOT healthy, and I do not advice anyone to do it. However, I'm not eating below my calories (not intentionally anyways)...it is just that I'm working out x3 as most people probably do. I do it because I have time on my hands, so why not?? Right? And I'm positively hooked onto the endorphins! I swear, the jolt of energy I get after a high intensity cardio, really perks me up for the day and I feel AWESOME! It is an even greater motivation to eat healthy!! If you want to know what exactly I eat, I have written down most of the days (unless i got lazy, had no internet access). Anyhow, good luck on your journey. I wish you every success.

@Canadian- YES THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!. I'm like twice as motivated to shed this weight! =) I'm kicking my ass!!
 
This is UNREAL. You're losing 1 pound per day!!! That means almost 30 pounds per month. Girl, with this speed, you'll lose weight before you can add me in yahoo. LOL

Seriously, you're really doing a great job. 1 pound per day is a dream for many of us. Please please be my weight loss buddy. :D :D

Yea, You have vegetable soup for lunch. Nothing else. I guess I have toi eat something more than that ;)

I really want to loose weight like you do and i am ready to follow your diet and exercise plans for it. I would like to know more about your lifestyle. Do you do anything else that's calorie consuming work other than workouts? Usually how long you execise. What's your race ( i mean north indian, east indian, south indian etc..)

My dedication is only this amazing because I'm not working/studying at the moment! I'm on holidays! So going to gym is like going to 'work' where I spend most my time predominantly :p haa I'm hooked!! Once I head back I wanna religiously workout everyday for 45-60 min! 1/2 strength training 1/2 cardio! Obv I wudnt be able to do these amazing les mills classes all the time! But my gym where I live at, also offers body pump, body combat, body attack, spin classes, I want to maximise my opportunity and do all those classes too!! =) If I had the money, I wud get a personal trainer, but they are soo over priced!
 
Jana, I'm back in school now myself, and have had to adjust my routine some, but I'm still getting in the workout time I need. Given the coice, I'd be outside cycling 25 miles a day, but I'm still getting time between the bicycle and the spinning bikes at the gym. Just a question of adaptation. Your motivation is terrific.
 
Yes I changed my user name! =) haha today was a great day in terms of eating and workout. Here is what I did:-

- Bellydancingarobics (50min)= 300 calories (I'd say either 300 or more! I pushed myself pretty damn hard today! I loved the class because I know I was pushing myself to the limit and I knew the moves as I did bellydancing before, thus I was fully utilizing my core!!)

-Treadmill (30min)= 150 [I did some brisk walking to warm up for the spinning class. This was a bad idea as it totally made my muscles tooo sore. I was walking at a 6.5, which is closer to running than walking I'd say...incline 7 lol. the highest i tried! it was damn difficult to do. but I know that r the things that burn most fat.

- RPM Spinning class (1hr)= 400 [I know I didnt work AS HARD as I could, my leg muscles were damn sore from the treadmill brisk walking I did at such a high incline]

-Body Jam class (1hr)= 400

-BODY SCULPTING (1hr)= 500 kicks my assssssss majorly.

I lost 1pound from yesterday. I'm pretty sure something was up with the weight machine. AGAIN. This is tooo good to be real lol. But tommorow is my birthday and I will be eating a peice (tiny one) of cake [which I made myself and has about 300 calories/serving. I'll be having half of that...so 150! But I'm also making an elaborate vegetarian entree for my family and friends... =) haha I'm doing all the cooking as my family members are such carnivors, i'm the poor little vegetarian who only gets to eat rice and salad at dinner (coz everything else HAS MEAT IN IT!)

I'm looking incredibly small today!! I'm so happy. My arms are getting harder....I'm building muscles I know it! And my arms are WAYYY less jiggly than they were even this weekend. I'm gonna stop weighing myself tommorow onwards, this whole weighing issue is kinda making me paranoid about eating and I'm eating way too little SO I WILL STOP!!

So it was my birthday yesterday! =) Got no acctual gymming done, but did sqats, lunges and crunches at home ...and quite a lot of them (I was feeling awefull guilt of not going to the gym).

Today I went for advanced hiphop class which I do once a week..= -600!

I didnt do hardcore gymming today.


Yesterday I stayed within my calorie limit. Ate about 1400 calories ...which is great considering I ate cake. But I ate very little. And I ate very little of other foods too. So I'm extreemly proud. Today I ate extreemly well! =) I'm during 'that time of the month' so I dont want to weigh myself...as I know there will be some water weight bloating (which I'm sure there was to when I last weighed myself)

Tommorow is going to be a terrific gym day!
