Sorry guys I am takin a rest day today..I have worked out for the last 8 days in a row...time for a break today plus I need to clean up the house...and still have errands to run
 
4 miles walked & 30 minutes weight training for me today.

So that means we are up to 413.5 miles & 10 days to go! YEAH US!
 
WOW lookin good, we are so gonna do this!!!

I only got to Curves yesturday so 30 mins = i mile...

New Total = 437.75

I will use the Elliptical tonight
