James's Journal (And Alternate Alliteration)

I'm feeling better today. I was able to drive here without a vic today, which is great, and the pain (while still sharp when twitchy) is more itchy now than anything (which is good).

The one good thing that has come of all of this is that I have been absolved of friend duties to hold bags while clothes shopping for my single lady friends!!! Thank GOD. I mean, I find the man-couches in those stores just as comfortable as the next fella, but at least they get some pathetic "I've been married 10 years, let's get this over with so I can watch Murder she wrote" sex. It is amazing how women can completely zone you out when they shop. If I at least got regular conversation, and not just muttering about the "awesome deal" they found on some sweater for $8k...

There is a new woman that I got my sights set on, though. She is a tiny little ball of fury, and it is amazing. She plays all manner of sports, and is competitive, and was an athlete back in the day. Innitial indications point to the possibility of it working out. Don't want to jinx it, so I'm not going to say more, but I'm pretty excited about this one. She has a RIDICULOUSLY quick wit, and is pretty smart... which, when all is said and done, is more of a turn on than anything else, though she has a tight little setup as well.

I'm glad to hear your leg is getting somewhat better.. you just keep an eye on it. Don't go being a retard and "toughing it out." BAH!

Actually what she did to first pop on my radar (more than being attractive) is something that I could TOTALLY see you doing: it was her responding to some good natured ribbing my friend was giving her. They were both drunk, and he is a good 100 pounds heavier than her, and he started giving her shit... and she just randomly flying karate leaped onto him and started beating him. It was possibly the funniest thing I'd ever seen
 
collateral damage... you could have jumped in to protect that fella fromt he onslaught... :D

or egg her on next time... :)

Any girl who has skills to do a karate leap and land it while drunk is awesome in my book. :D She seems to be the perfect catch, honey! Feisty girls are delish'!
 
OOOH!!!

I JUST thought of a workout that I can STILL do, even with the bum hammy.

I can do my old boxing warmup. Ton of jumping jacks, then ton of quick pushups (not full ROM, just quick twitch ones), then ton of situps, then a ton of delt work, and then repeat... that ALWAYS used to get my heart up and ready, and it doesn't use a LICK of hamstring... now I'm excited
