No, I got a wicked bubble butt going on... I mean, it is to the point where I work my abs when I have to sit down for awhile 'cause it is so round I gotta balance.

Anyways... I just found a new problem with living with a girl. She bought me a christmas present!!! No guy buys christmas presents for his guy buddies, unless it comes in a pack of 24 and makes a "tsssssCHKK" sound. I mean, it was an awesome present, and I love her more, but now I gotta go and agonize over what would be a good present.

Women... Can't live with 'em... Can't kill 'em with impunity...

I recently upgraded a ton of stuff about my computer (which is also the "house computer" which everyone uses... though just using it for the internet, and not 3D modeling, or data modeling is like using a bazooka to kill a fly), but I still have the same broke ass speakers that I've been using for 7+ years. She got me an awesome set of 5.1 speakers, complete with a nice little powered sub.
 
That's a good gift.... I was contemplating getting new speakers for my puter the other day.

Oh, and I have a male friend who every year gets me a gift for Christmas.... it's always a shirt or some shit. I hate it.

I get him a bottle of alcohol every year, haha.

She just got engaged... maybe I could wrap up her engagement and christmas gift into one?

I have less than zero idea as to what to get her... If she was single, and not engaged to my best friend, I'd offer to "wrap my package" in a joking tone, then get serious if she showed any interest, but that is not a possible course of action now...
 
As someone who had a birthday two weeks before christmas I always got combined gifts and lemme say it sucked... two different events require two different gifts :)

they try to keep the raunch in diaries only as this is supposed to be a family friendly site... and all ages welcome but - it doesn't always happen that way :)

I just had a friend admit to me that she is in a relationship where the guy might get a little physical with her if she "does something stupid".

I am a very very protective person with my friends and family. I try to stay clear of relationship stuff 'cause you never hear every side of the story and yada yada yada, but this goes beyond acceptable. There is one thing that makes me angrier than anything in the whole world, and that is any sort of aggressive or physical act towards a woman. Feed me any sort of feminist drivel you want, but women ARE different than men, and that is a line you JUST DON'T CROSS. Since you are little, every boy is told almost daily not to hit women, and after growing up and looking at things, it is more than just "don't hit women." Every MAN should do his best to protect the women he associates with, and even the women he doesn't associate with. I've been in plenty of fights in my life, but the worst beating I ever gave someone was delivered to two men who I found "just messing around" with a passed out woman at a party. I have zero tolerance for anything of the like, and I have the size, strength, and know-how to back that up.

The one thing that I can't protect my friends against is themselves. I don't understand how a woman can rationalize a man hitting them, or doing something along those lines. I just can't understand it. And, when they do that, and say stuff like "oh, he only does it when I <insert ANYTHING here>... it's not that big of a deal, and it is something that I can and should be able to avoid in the future", then I can't do anything.

I don't even know.

I'm going to go take a walk and calm down.
 
I can tell you from very personal experience...


it's not your call to make though... Did she tell you in hopes that you'd do something? otherwise you're gonna get stuck in a no-win situation.. She has to be the one to leave the relationship - you cannot do it for her and you cannot beat up him on her behalf...

you can offer moral support and a safe place to run to - but the initial step is on her..

it's tough to explain but sometimes the devil that you know is better than the unknown and thinking that being alone is the worst thing i the world... I could write volumes on this ad give lots of excuses... erm reasons but it wouldnt make it easier to understand...
