Jader's Diary - 219 to 150 pounds?

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd start my introducing myself, my name is Jade and I am 19 years old. Slowly over the years I have gained a shocking amount of weight and just can't bear to be this weight much longer!

I am currently 219 pounds. Not only do I want to get slimmer for my health and well being, but also in time for my 2 week holiday in woolacombe. Although it's not 2 weeks abroad with bikinis and stuff, but my self-esteem is so low right now, that I swear I hear people everywhere thinking stuff where ever I go... It's driving me mad as you can imagine.

I really want to get to 150 pounds. Maybe not by April, but eventually. Does this seem realisic?

Any advice on good ideas that are currently working for people or amazing advice they have received would be great, many many thanks. We are all in this together and need to be there for each other, I'm definetely willing to do my share of support.

Another day today. Sadly didn't exercise but although I haven't had dinner yet, I have only had 400 calories today so really pleased about that. It is the first day that I haven't crumbled where food is concerned, I just wanna keep it going for the rest of the day :hurray:

I've been here before though, working my ass off at gym everyday and still seeing no weight loss... i know i know, muscle weighs more than fat, but seriously... it makes you feel so rubbish and you wonder why you even tried in the first place...

Looking forward to weekly weigh in on saturday.
 
Another day, but a much better I must admit. Felt like I ate what I should, I played out in the snow with the dog for few hours which had SO much walking and off to do the same tomorrow :) so fingers crossed. Exercise isn't too good, but Im working on it. Just feel like im making a difference already. I NEVER drank water and now I live off it, it's amazing. Bring on saturday's weigh in!!
 
Weigh in today and was more than pleased with a 4 pounds lose! Not bad when diet didnt always go to plan and can't get to gym because of the snow! The best part of the week was my drinking, I had NO COKE at all, which for me is a massive achievement! Im sooooo happy, and I got the part time job that I went to interview for yday so everything is gooooood. Bring on next Saturday's weigh in now, yay!!

CURRENT WEIGHT: 215 pounds :)
