Jada's road to 200!

This is the beginning of the end!

My current stats:

Weight: 345lbs
1-Mile Walk 25:12
Half Sit-Ups(one minute):21
Push-Up(one minute): 1
Sit and Reach: 15 inches
Waist: 52 inches

End of year Goals:
Weight: 300lbs
1-Mile Walk: 18:00
Half sit ups: 50
Push ups: 10
Sit and reach:20 inches
Waist 40 inches

As I've lived a very sedentary lifestyle before, I plan to get active and move more (any ideas where to start? I'm a gamer, not an athlete, lol). Drink a lot more water, (as of right now, I drink almost none), and try to connect with people who are on the same path.
 
Welcome aboard Jada! I'm guessing you are tall as you weigh more, but have a smaller waist than me. Legit goals. As far as activity goes, find something active you enjoy and do that a lot. It's an opportunity to try new things.
