Woo. I spent the weekend in Fort Lauderdale, which is why I've been sparse around here. I ate out a bit too much, but everyone at home raved about my weight loss.

Sunday Food-

Breakfast:
1 slice leftover veggie pizza. By the way, my brother made it for me, and he loaded up on extra veggies, and was sparse with the cheese. :) (200)

Snack:

Dinner:
Salad with Balsamic Vinegarette (200)

Oy vey. Ate out wayyyyyy too much. But I had a pretty nice time, got to hang out with my mom on Mother's Day and I got to spend some time with my goofy friends. Everyone made a really big deal out of my weight loss. I've officially lost 40 pounds, so I'm at 200 even. I can't wait to break under 200. It's weird to have everyone talk about how great I look when technically I'm still clinically obese and when I'm at the weight I was before I moved away. I really let myself go for awhile there and I packed on 40 extra pounds onto my already too heavy self without even realizing it. But I am well on my way to being at a healthy weight range and it's feeling so good to accomplish my goals. :) Tomorrow I will have an extra healthy day of eating. Hopefully a trip to the gym too.

I have to go to the dentist this morning! All I want to do is sleep though! I'm working 1-10 today. Sigh.

Update: Back from the dentist. He was really nice. I was hesitant to go to a new dentist, because I've always had the same one, but now I'm too old to go to my regular one, so I had to find a new one. Because I didn't want a new dentist I put off going to one for a long time, but the guy I saw today was cool. He said I have beautiful teeth. :D And he had dredlocks! I'm going back to him in a few weeks for a cleaning.

and by the way... you are doing sooo well!!! I am so excited for you and breaking the 200 lb mark - make sure you post when you do so we can all celebrate with you!!! I'm very proud of all of the hard work you have done, and i'm so glad that people are noticing and it is paying off =)

Well, I got promoted to supervisor at work, which I think is a good thing. I'm getting a $2 raise. A lot of extra responsibility though. I've been really busy with work, so I haven't been eating as steadily as I'd like, although I've been sticking to low cal and healthy. I also have not been to the gym or worked out in any way in weeks and I do feel awful about that. I'm planning on going to the gym after work tomorrow.

I tried to go to the gym, but when I got there it was closed!!! So I took a long bike ride around the beautiful park by my apartment. The bike ride was much more enjoyable than going to the smelly gym. I'm thinking about buying my own bike and an iPod so that I can really get into riding. Hopefully I'll be able to start swimming soon, when I get some days to myself. :)

thanks for the comment in my diary....but on the good side my "doof" (lol) never says anything when I gain weight,..he says "you gained weight"?...ya like 50 lbs ...ya dumbass!!! lol. Same clothes to him mean same weight, even though another samll person could get in them with me!!!


You are doing so wonderfully,..yes this weight loss perks up our interest in our appearance,..such a a win win situation.

Another day another dollar. Actually, not another dollar, because I finally have a day off!!! My first in seven days. Whew. I slept in a bit, then woke up, had breakfast, went to the store, had lunch and then took a nice long bike ride. Now I'm all sweaty. I need to go shower before I drive out to my Reggae Literature class that starts tonight.

My hamster, Little Rhonda, died today. :( It was a real downer. I know hamsters have short life spans, but it still brought me down. My cat is really upset about it too, he keeps looking at where her cage was and meowing.

On a happier note, Reggae Lit was fun tonight. Seems like it will be a good class.

I'm sorry to hear about your hamster. Losing a pet no matter what species is hard. But on a brighter note you're doing great with the diet. Keep it up :)
